Terms & Conditions

  • By completing a reservation, guests agree to all campground policies listed below. 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. 

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Site Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Site Check-out: 11:00 AM

Occupancy

  • RV Sites: Maximum 6 guests per site

  • Tiny Home: Maximum 4 guests 

Quiet Hours & Conduct

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

  • No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior at any time

  • Management reserves the right to remove guests without refund for rule violations

Vehicles & Speed Limit

  • Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground

  • Limit of 2 vehicles per site (additional vehicles must be approved)

Pets

  • Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee

  • Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times

  • Owners must clean up after pets immediately

  • No aggressive breeds permitted

RV Site Rules

  • Only approved RVs are allowed (must be in good condition)

  • No tents unless approved

  • Sewer hoses must use proper connections (no leaks)

Tiny Home Rules

  • No smoking inside the tiny home

  • A cleaning fee applies per stay

  • Guests must leave the unit in reasonable condition

Campground Rules

  • Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings

  • Do not leave fires unattended

  • Guests must keep their site clean and trash-free

  • No illegal activity permitted

Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay

  • Mountain Springs Family Campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Minimum Stays

  • Standard stays may require a 2-night minimum

  • Holidays and peak dates may require longer minimum stays

No Refund Clause

  • No refunds for early departures
