    We booked this almost a year in advance. Excited to go. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to sell our travel trailer. We called the resort immediately to explain what had happened to see if there was anything we could do. We were told, “it’s on the website no refunds”. We tied to talk through options of renting or putting our money to a cabin. The answer was no. I would never recommend this rv resort to anyone. Management has no heart. Terrible experience.
