Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly:

• Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to arrival will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received 3 to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
• Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and early departures receive no refund.

Monthly:

• Cancellations received at least 31 days prior to arrival will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received 8 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received less than 8 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and early departures receive no refund.
