1. General Rules & Regulations

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: Campsites at 1:00 p.m.
Cabins at 2:00 p.m.
Lakehouse at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: Campsites at 12:00 p.m.
Cabins and Lakehouse at 11:00 a.m.

Reservations, Deposits, and Cancellations

Payments must be paid in full with a debit or credit card.
Seasonal Campers may pay deposits, site rent, or electric payments by check or money order in accordance with the site lease agreement.
The Lakehouse, Cabins, and Lakeview Sites require a two-night minimum stay on weekends and a three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
No-shows will be charged the entire reservation amount. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather.

Conduct, Damage, and Site Use

No refunds are given for eviction due to the disorderly conduct of a registered camper, occupant, visitor, or guest.
All campers must act respectfully. Loud or boisterous conduct and abusive or profane language will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. On Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day weekends,
Friday and Saturday quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. All noise must be kept to a minimum.
The speed limit is 5 MPH for all vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, electric bicycles, electric scooters, and golf carts. ATVs are not permitted. Watch carefully for children.
Damage to water, sewer, or electrical hookups will be charged to the renter. Disconnect all systems before moving a unit.
Cleanup fees will be charged for gray-water or black-water sewer spills, based on inspection.
Each campsite is limited to eight people and two vehicles. Additional fees may apply. Visitors are permitted only while the host camper is present. The host is responsible for visitors and assumes liability for their actions.
Short-Term Campers: a $5 per-person fee applies for occupancy exceeding four people, up to eight total people per site.
Seasonal Campers: a $3 per-person fee applies for occupancy exceeding four people, up to eight total people per site.
RV campsites occupied by an RV may have one tent or screen room in addition to the RV.
When an RV site is reserved for tent camping only, up to two tents are permitted on the site and no RV may be present.
Occupancy varies by lodging unit: Rustic Cabins accommodate 4-5 people; Lakeview Cabins 5-6; Premium Cabin 5-8; Lakehouse up to 6.
Interior-lot utility easements must remain clear. Campsite items may not block utility access.
All camping equipment and vehicles must remain within the campsite and out of roadways or other sites. Appliances may not be kept outside the camper. Carport covers are not permitted.
Campsites and lodging must be kept free of trash and debris. Bag all trash and place it in the designated dumpsters at the south end of the property.
Before departure, Short-Term Campers must leave the site clean and free of debris, including the fire pit and grill, if applicable. A cleaning fee may be charged when the site, fire pit, or grill is not free of debris.
Campers staying longer than one week must keep their site groomed and maintain the lawn. Mow or arrange mowing during extended absences. Push mowers are available. If campground personnel must maintain the site, a $50 fee is due.
Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits and may not be left unattended. Management may require a fire to be extinguished when it poses a danger or nuisance. No glass, plastic, or garbage is permitted in fire pits.
Returnable bottles and cans may be placed only in designated recycling canisters. Proceeds support campground projects.
Do not cut branches from trees or shrubs.
Alcohol may be consumed only at the campsite and is prohibited at the beach. Marijuana and illegal drug use are prohibited throughout the property.
Seasonal Campers must obtain management approval before landscaping, gardening, or installing decks, sheds, or pavilions. Resin-based sheds and pre-manufactured pavilions only; size is subject to available space and approval.
For Seasonal Campers with decks, Myers Lake Camping & Cabins assumes no liability for decks or accessory items placed on the site. The Seasonal Camper is responsible for maintaining those items, at the camper's expense, in a safe and serviceable condition.
Utility trailers may not be stored on a campsite.
Keep clutter to a minimum and neatly store chairs and outdoor items during absences.
Maintain a minimum four-foot unobstructed pathway through the site. No exceptions.
Outdoor woodworking or other activity that interferes with neighbors' peaceful enjoyment is prohibited.
Optional services may be available. Coordinate all optional service requests, scheduling, and applicable charges with the Camp Store.

2. Seasonal Site Requirements

Seasonal sites may not be reserved for recreational vehicles over 15 years old. Exceptions may apply for older RVs in excellent condition at the sole discretion of Myers Lake Management. Existing Seasonal Campers may retain an older RV if it remains well maintained, but the RV/site may not be transferred/sold to another person and remain on the site. Management may decline any RV in poor condition, regardless of age.
Seasonal Campers must winterize by October 31. Disconnect and neatly store water, sewer, and electric lines; remove and neatly store fencing, mats, and rugs.
At the end or termination of a site rental, return the site in as good or better condition. Property, waste, or materials left behind may be removed at the camper's expense. Campers storing property during winter must keep the site clean and comply with winterization requirements.
Winter storage is available to Seasonal Campers from November 1 through April 30 at the rate established in the Seasonal Lease Agreement. The fee is assessed by October 1 and due by October 15. Unpaid storage may result in non-renewal and loss of deposits or payments for the following season. If not renewing, remove the RV and personal property on or before November 1.

3. Beach, Visitors, Children, and Pets

Beach

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Swimming after dark is prohibited.
Swimming is permitted only in the designated beach area.
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. All guests must be accompanied by their host camper, regardless of age.
Floating islands and rafts outside the designated swim area are prohibited. Alcohol is prohibited at the beach.

Visitors and Children

All visitors must sign in at the Camp Store. Fees may apply.
Keep public restrooms clean and report needed attention to the Camp Store or staff.
All children must be accompanied or supervised by an adult.

Pets

Up to two dogs per site are welcome. Pets must be on a hand-held leash no longer than 10 feet, picked up after, and never left unattended.
Owners may be required to remove loud, unruly, excessively barking, or aggressive pets. No aggressive dogs of any breed are allowed.
Pre-manufactured barrier fence panels up to 40 inches high may be used. Contact the Camp Store for a height variance for a large pet. Farm and wood fencing are prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in all buildings, including cabins, and at the beach or swimming area. Pet waste must be placed in designated pet-waste baskets or regular trash receptacles. Pet waste may not be placed in recycling bins.

4. Golf Carts

All golf carts must be registered with the Camp Store. Registration and applicable fees may apply for Short-Term Campers. Seasonal Campers must register each golf cart.
Proof of liability insurance must be provided at the time of registration. The issued registration decal must be displayed on the golf cart at all times while on the premises.
The 5 MPH speed limit applies. Violations may result in loss of golf cart privileges. Only a person holding a valid driver's license may operate a golf cart. No children joy riding.
Operate golf carts like other motor vehicles and in a safe, responsible manner. Occupants must remain seated. Use headlights and taillights after dark.
The nature trail along the lake is a walking path. Golf carts are not permitted in this area. Only authorized park utility vehicles may use the nature trail.

5. Boats and Paddlecraft

Motorized boats are available to Seasonal Campers only and must be approved by the Camp Store before being brought onto or operated on the property. Motorized boats are limited to one per seasonal site, as space allows. All Seasonal Camper boats must be registered with the Camp Store.
Proof of insurance must be provided at the time of boat registration. The issued registration decal must be displayed on the boat at all times while on the premises.
Short-Term Camper paddlecraft - including kayaks, paddleboards, and paddleboats - must be registered with the Camp Store. Applicable registration fees may apply.
Jet skis, hydroplanes, and wakeboard boats are prohibited without exception.
All boats are subject to invasive-species inspection and may be denied lake entry if invasive species are found.
Boats may be moored south of the fishing dock along the east shore. Boaters must comply with all boating laws and regulations.
Each occupant must have an appropriate personal flotation device (PFD) or life jacket. Watercraft 16 feet or longer must also carry at least one USCG-approved throwable device.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket. Swimming from boats is prohibited.
Boat docks are prohibited. Boat trailers may not be stored on a campsite. Kayak, paddleboat, and paddleboard users must wear a life jacket.
Violations may result in loss of boating privileges. Seasonal Campers must remove all boats before October 31.

6. Premises Safety

Myers Lake Camping & Cabins does not have a storm shelter. During severe weather, campers are encouraged to leave for a storm shelter of their choice. Those who remain may enter the main bathhouse at their own risk. The campground is not responsible for storm, falling-tree, or weather-related damage to equipment or property.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policies

Daily and Weekly Reservations

Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival: $10 cancellation fee.
Cancellation 3-14 days before arrival: cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
Cancellation fewer than 3 days before arrival: no refund.
No-shows and early departures: no refund.

Monthly Reservations

Cancellation at least 31 days before arrival: 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellation 8-30 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellation fewer than 8 days before arrival: no refund.
No-shows and early departures: no refund.

Seasonal Camper Cancellations - 2027 Season

The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations received before March 1, 2027: payments will be refunded less the reservation deposit.
Cancellations received March 1-31, 2027: 70% refund of amounts paid.
Cancellations received April 1-15, 2027: 50% refund of amounts paid.
Cancellations received after April 15, 2027: no refund.
Early departures are not prorated.

8. Liability, Indemnification, Default, and Management Rights

Acknowledgment and Management Rights

The Camper/Lessee agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and Park Rules, Regulations & Policies. Management reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and to terminate a site agreement, at management's discretion, for rule violations or non-payment. No refund will be given when an agreement is terminated for these reasons.

Non-Liability and Personal Property

Myers Lake Camping & Cabins has no responsibility for the care or safety of personal property kept on the premises and is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by acts or omissions of others; rain or groundwater; water or sewer lines; storms; falling trees; or other weather-related conditions.

Indemnification

The Camper/Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Myers Lake Camping & Cabins harmless from claims, actions, property damage, liabilities, expenses, loss of life, or personal injury arising from the Camper/Lessee's occupancy or use of the premises, or from any act or omission of the Camper/Lessee, occupants, visitors, or guests.
