Cancellation Policy

• 8+ Days Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made 8 or more days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee.

• 1 to 7 Days Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a 50% refund.

• Less than 24 Hours Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled check-in, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
