The following list of rules and information is provided to help ensure your visit is enjoyable and safe. Please contribute to keeping the park litter-free. These rules form a contract between the City and the campground guests and control the liabilities, responsibilities, and obligations of the parties. Violations of these rules or any local or state laws or regulations may result in the immediate eviction from the campground and a ban from future rentals, at the discretion of the City.
Cancellation Policy
8+ Days Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made 8 or more days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee.
1 to 7 Days Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 24 Hours Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled check-in, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Registration and Site Use
Campers must register with the Park Host. Check-In time after 1:00 p.m., Check-Out by 11:30 a.m.
Please do not change sites without approval from the Park Host.
Campsites are limited to a maximum of six people (including children) and two units per site, but no more than one rig that requires hook-up to water and electricity (i.e., one RV and one tent, one pop-up and one tent or two tents, as long as both units fit within the boundaries of the single campsite.
All equipment must be set-up within the campsite boundaries.
No one under 18 years of age can camp unless accompanied by a responsible adult who will remain onsite for the entire reservation.
Campground Rules
Keep all fire confined to fire rings or grills.
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
All pets must always be under immediate control of owners and kept on a leash when venturing outside your camping accommodations (RV, camper, or Tent). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste in receptacles.
Dumping of gray water and waste matter is prohibited. Please use the sanitary dump station located on Park Avenue outside the Park.
No alterations to the physical park or improvements are allowed.
No hunting, trapping, or pursuing wildlife is permitted.
To reduce wildlife curiosity, please don’t leave food or garbage unattended.
All trash must be placed in the Campground Dumpster.
Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty at any given time.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at the playground and must adhere to the safety rules.
Park gate closes at 9:00 p.m.
Length of Stay Limits
RV CAMPERS: Length of Stay Limits are restricted to 14-nights consecutively and 98-nights total occupancy during any calendar year. All campers must vacate the park for a minimum of 7-nights before returning to begin a new stay. Any attempt to circumvent these limits is strictly prohibited.
TENT CAMPERS: Length of Stay Limits are restricted to 4-nights consecutively and 98-nights total occupancy during any calendar year. All campers must vacate the park for a minimum of 7-nights before returning to begin a new stay. Any attempt to circumvent these limits is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
All Motorized Vehicles and Trailers must be in operational condition and hold current registration, license plate and insurance.
The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages or any illegally controlled substances is strictly prohibited on city property. However, tenants may consume alcoholic beverages within the confines of their camp space.
Any guest who displays intoxication, profanity, lewdness, or brawling, or disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests, shall immediately vacate the premises.
