Refund Policy

Campsites

A refund will be processed if a cancellation is made within policy terms. If a request of cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a campsite reservation, an initial deposit amount of $100 will be forfeited along with any optional site lock fees or booking fees. Any remaining payment will be refunded. Any cancellation request made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and any remaining credit balance will be refunded, excluding non-refundable lock fees or booking fees.

Rental Units 

A refund will be processed if a cancellation is made within policy terms. If a request of cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a rental unit reservation, an initial deposit amount of $200 will be forfeited along with any optional site lock fees or booking fees. Any remaining payment will be refunded. Any cancellation request made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and any remaining credit balance will be refunded, excluding non-refundable lock fees or booking fees.
