All weekly and short-term fees must be paid in full by credit card, direct deposit or e-transfer at the time of booking.
Cancellations received two weeks or more in advance of the reserved check-in date are subject to 25% of the reservation total as a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days are subject to 100% of the reservation total as a cancellation fee.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled date is considered a no-show and no refund of any fees will be made and no Credit Voucher issued.
All Weekly and short-term fees are non-refundable upon arrival on site.
