Cancellation Policy

Daily & Weekly Stays

- Phone Reservations

  • No deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • If a payment is made toward the balance, any refund is subject to a 3% cancellation fee, regardless of booking method.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM MST).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged up to the full amount of the stay.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departure.

- Online Reservations

  • Daily stays require a 1-night deposit.

  • Weekly stays require a 3-night deposit.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM MST) will receive a refund minus a 3% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in the event of a no-show will forfeit the deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departure.

 

Long-Term Stays (Monthly / Discounted Rates)

  • A deposit equal to one full month’s rent is required at booking and will be applied to your last month’s rent.

  • Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in (12:00 PM MST) will receive a refund minus a 3% cancellation fee.

  • A 60-day written notice is required to cancel or shorten your stay.

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Early departures without a 60-day notice will result in responsibility for rent through the full 60-day notice period.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departure.
