By signing below or otherwise agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge and accept the Rules and Policies of Orchard RV Park LLC and agree that all members of my party, including visitors, children, pets, vehicles, and personal property associated with my stay, will comply with them during our stay.

I understand and agree that:

• Guests are responsible for their party, visitors, pets, vehicles, and any damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper hookups, sewer spills, electrical damage, rule violations, or damage to park property or utilities.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, rule violations, weather conditions, utility interruptions, acts of nature, guest dissatisfaction, or removal from the property.

• Management may interpret, revise, or enforce park rules as reasonably necessary for safety, operations, maintenance, legal compliance, or the general welfare of the property and its guests.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, deny entry, or remove any guest or property from the premises without refund for rule violations, nonpayment, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, illegal activity, or property damage.

• Occupancy is temporary and constitutes a revocable license to occupy, not a landlord-tenant relationship unless otherwise required by law or a separate written agreement executed by management.

• I consent to Orchard RV Park LLC communicating with me regarding my reservation or stay through the contact information I provide, including phone calls, text messages, emails, or written notices.

• I am responsible for knowing and following all park rules and policies whether or not I have received a printed or digital copy. A copy is available upon request.

I understand and agree that Orchard RV Park LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accident, injury, utility interruption, or claim occurring on the property. By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my stay and agree to release and hold harmless Orchard RV Park LLC, including its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and agents, from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my stay or use of the property.
