Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, the following cancellation terms apply to all reservations at Pebble Mountain Campground.

Short-Term Stays (Less than 60 days)

• The amount of your refund depends on how much notice is provided prior to your scheduled arrival:

• 7+ Days Notice: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.

• 3–6 Days Notice: You will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

• Less than 3 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.

Long-Term Stays (60 days or longer)

• 7+ Days Notice: You will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.

• Less than 7 Days Notice: Please refer to the standard short-term windows above (50% for 3–6 days; no refund for less than 3 days).

No-Show Policy

• If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not contact the park, no refund will be issued, and the remainder of your reservation may be cancelled.
