Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, the following cancellation terms apply to all reservations at Pebble Mountain Campground.
Short-Term Stays (Less than 60 days)
The amount of your refund depends on how much notice is provided prior to your scheduled arrival:
7+ Days Notice: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
3–6 Days Notice: You will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
Less than 3 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.
Long-Term Stays (60 days or longer)
7+ Days Notice: You will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Less than 7 Days Notice: Please refer to the standard short-term windows above (50% for 3–6 days; no refund for less than 3 days).
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not contact the park, no refund will be issued, and the remainder of your reservation may be cancelled.
Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By reserving, occupying, or using any site or facility at Pebble Mountain Campground LLC (“Campground”), Guest agrees to comply with all Terms & Conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
2. Registration & Occupancy
All guests and visitors must register upon arrival.
Total number of occupants may not exceed the maximum allowed per site.
Campground reserves the right to remove unauthorized occupants.
3. Vehicle & RV Requirements
All Motorhomes, RVs, and Travel Trailers must be in good working order and acceptable appearance.
Campground reserves the right to refuse any vehicle deemed unacceptable at its sole discretion.
No tents or alternative sleeping arrangements (including blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, or cots) are permitted outside unless explicitly approved.
4. Site Use, Conduct & Property Rules
Guests agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe site at all times
Dispose of all trash in designated receptacles
Never leave trash outside overnight
The following are strictly prohibited:
Maintenance or repairs of RVs or vehicles on property
Use of paint products or hazardous chemicals
Clotheslines or hanging items from trees unless first approved
Guests must ensure:
Pets and children are supervised at all times
Campground reserves the right to evict any person(s) who fail to comply with these rules.
5. Utilities & Hookups
Electrical, water, and sewer hookups are provided as-is.
Guests are responsible for proper hookup and usage.
No tampering with infrastructure is permitted.
Campground is not liable for:
Power outages
Water interruptions
Sewer issues
Equipment damage from voltage fluctuations
Utility Usage Clause
Utility usage must remain reasonable as determined by Campground.
The following are prohibited without written approval:
EV charging
Cryptocurrency mining
Commercial equipment usage
Excessive electrical consumption
Campground reserves the right to:
Monitor or meter usage
Charge additional fees
Disconnect service for violations
6. Pets & Safety
Pets must be leashed and non-aggressive at all times
Owners must clean up after pets
Campground may require removal of any animal at its discretion
Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted
Guests are responsible for safe operation of all equipment
7. Mail & Residency Restrictions
Mail and package delivery to the Campground is limited
Guests may not use the Campground as a mailing address or residence
No establishment of domicile, voter registration, or residency is permitted
8. Liability Waiver & Risk Assumption
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, pets, or visitors
Guest assumes all risks associated with campground use
Campground is not responsible for:
Personal injury
Loss, theft, or damage to property or vehicles
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify:
Pebble Mountain Campground LLC, its owners, members, managers, and employees.
9. Indemnification
Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campground from any claims arising from:
Guest’s use of the property
Negligence or misconduct
Actions of guests, visitors, or pets
10. Damage to Property
Guest is financially responsible for any damage caused
Charges may be applied to any payment method on file
Additional legal remedies may be pursued
11. Long-Term Stay / Non-Tenant Status
All occupants are licensees, not tenants, to the fullest extent permitted by law
No landlord-tenant relationship is created
Violation of this provision may result in immediate removal
12. Tow & Removal Authorization
Guest expressly authorizes Campground to:
Tow, remove, or relocate any RV, vehicle, or personal property at Guest’s risk and expense for:
Nonpayment
Rule violations
Safety concerns
Unauthorized occupancy
Abandonment
Access the site and contract third-party towing services
Campground is not liable for damages resulting from removal, except as required by law.
13. Abandoned Property
Any property left after termination or nonpayment may be:
Removed
Stored at Guest’s expense
Disposed of as permitted by law
14. Right to Refuse Service / Eviction
Campground reserves the right to:
Refuse service to any person
Evict any guest for rule violations
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
15. Force Majeure
Campground is not liable for events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Utility failures
16. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Tennessee
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Guest and Campground.
Guest Acknowledgment
By booking, entering, or occupying the Campground, Guest acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
