Enjoy exclusive access to 300-feet of secluded waterfront nestled along the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico at Sun Outdoors Marathon, formerly known as Pelican RV Resort & Marina. This stunning Florida Keys resort is a fisherman's paradise and features a private marina with 16 boat slips, a fishing area, a fish cleaning station, and access to our boat ramp.

Our resort features great vacation amenities, such as a swimming pool and recreation hall for planned activities and events. Enjoy the waterfront Tiki Hut and or host a party at the picnic pavilion with a large community grill and amazing Gulf Coast views.

These back-in sites come with pea rock pads that can accommodate up to 34 feet with room for slide-outs, plus a picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment. Each site also includes resort-wide WiFi to keep you connected during your stay at Sun Outdoors Marathon. Reservations 28 days and over are subject to metered electric charges

    Great location, great staff and a really nice community. The sites are a good size. The event planner is awesome. Her enthusiasm at events are a lot of fun. Great stay again at a Sun Outdoor Rv Resort. This is our third stay and it keeps getting better!

    Wish we would have been able to stay longer. We were there one day went to the office my paperwork was ready. Was shown to my site and helped hooked up. Shown where the bathroom was and where to watch the sunset…
