Cancellation Policy

RV Reservations:

  • Daily Reservations: 6 nights or less $45 cancellation fee if canceled 14+ days before the reservation. Within 14 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

  • Weekly Reservations: $75 per week cancellation fee if canceled 14+ days before the reservation. Within 14 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

  • Monthly Reservations: $300 per month cancellation fee if canceled 60+ days before the reservation. Within 60 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

Marina Reservations:

  • Daily Reservations: 6 nights or less $45 cancellation fee if canceled 14+ days before the reservation. Within 14 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

  • Weekly Reservations: $75 per week cancellation fee if canceled 14+ days before the reservation. Within 14 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

  • Monthly Reservations: $200 per month cancellation fee if canceled 60+ days before the reservation. Within 60 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

Townhome Reservations:

  • Daily Reservations: $150 cancellation fee if canceled 14+ days before the reservation. Within 14 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

  • Weekly Reservations: $200 per week cancellation fee if canceled 14+ days before the reservation. Within 14 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

  • Monthly Reservations: $350 per month cancellation fee if canceled 60+ days before the reservation. Within 60 days, the full deposit is forfeited.

Important Notes:

  • Deposits for reservations within holiday/special-rated periods are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Sites are not to be subleased or switched to another person for any reason.

  • Arrival dates do not count toward the cancellation notice period.

Weather Policy

  • No Refunds for Weather:
    Refunds are not issued due to weather conditions. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, a credit for future stays will be provided.

Discount Policy

We offer a 10% discount on RV site reservations (up to six non-holiday nights), not to exceed $50.00, for:

  • Good Sam Members

  • Active Military and Veterans

Conditions:

  • Discounts do not apply to townhomes, boat slips, or weekly/monthly RV rates.

  • Discounts must be applied at the time of final payment. No adjustments will be made after final payment.

Late Arrivals

Other Policies

  • No Refund Policy:
    No refunds are provided after check-in, voluntary departure, or eviction.

  • Credit Card retained on file may be used for any additional charges incurred during stay, included but not limited to incidentals, property damages, extended stays, and purchases.

  • Property Release: This property is privately owned. By accepting camping privileges, you release Perdido Key RV Resort, LLC, its officers, and employees from liability for loss, damage, or injury.
