Terms & Conditions

Parking : Cars must park end to end in site, only 2 car passes per guest.       SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH   Visitor Pass must be always displayed visibly in windshield   One vehicle per site, second vehicle must be parked in overflow parking with a pass.   

  Bicycles, Motorcycles, Golf Carts must be parked in RV site, not in grass or patio.     

RV jacks must be in RV site, not in grass.    No trailer or boat/jetski parking allowed in overflow parking.   

WE WILL BOOT YOUR VEHICLE IF NO PASS DISPLAYED - AT YOUR EXPENSE - $75    Jet Ski's - there is an additional fee to tie up to the dock - Kayaks must be tied to seawall  Sites (RV, Boat Slips, Townhomes)           Sites are not be be subleased or switched to another person for any reason.   

No carpet or mats on the grass.  NO tents allowed.   No stakes of any kind in the grass due to irrigation.   No ground fires, wood burning fire pits, solo stoves or fireworks permitted.    Do not use grills or cooktops on the picnic tables.  $300 Replacement cost.  

 Florida Dept of Health requires a secure sewer connection.  We have sewer donuts available for purchase if needed.   Do not drain grey water on the ground or grease in sewer line.     Each site has a backflow preventer attached to water connection - $10 fee to replace.    Bicycles, Motorcycles, Golf Carts must be parked in RV site, not in grass or patio. 

 Pool  New pool furniture - please do not move or drag.        Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.    Swim diapers are REQUIRED for diaper wearing children.    NO PETS, NO GLASS, sharp objects, water balloons, bicycles, skateboards in pool area.    NO SMOKING in pool area.    This is a family friendly Resort - dress appropiately.  

   Pets DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOG TO DIG - New sod in the Resort       All pets must be always on leash (6 ft max length).    Pets are not to be tied up or left unattended at any time.  Kennel or fence allowed on patio or gravel only - no larger than 6 x 6 in size.    No pets in Resort buildings.    No pets in pool area.    Excessive barking and aggressive behavior will not be permitted for the safety of our guests.    Please pick up after your pet, there are pet waste stations located throughout the Resort.  $35 fee for non-compliance.General         

    Quiet Time is 10 pm - 8 am  -  Respect your fellow camper  .

  Do not walk through fellow camper's sites.    Please place garbage in the dumpster located near entrance of Resort.  Household trash only.    You can place your garbage at your curb before 10 am, please do not leave out overnight.    No glass on beach area - please clean up after yourself.  Leave footprints only.    No jumping off docks.  No fishing off docks.    No smoking or pets in any Resort buildings.   

For your safety and others - bicycles, skateboards, etc., are not permitted on sidewalks or Marina dock.    No cigarette butts or litter on the ground, $25 fee for non-compliance.  

 Please help us keep the grounds and bathrooms clean - Leave them as you would like to find them.    Showers are not unisex - This is a family resort; any violations will result in immediate departure. Each site will be checked at departure for damages.  FAILURE TO FOLLOW PERDIDO KEY RV RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN FORFEITING THE REMAINDER OF YOUR STAY AND ANY MONIES ALREADY PAID.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO DEPART BEFORE THE END OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY MONIES PAID.  YOUR SITE CANNOT BE SUBLEASED.  NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK IN.  This property is privately owned.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of  money or valuables.  I agree to comply with all rules posted here and on the grounds.  I also agree to instruct all those staying or visiting me to comply with all the rules while in the park. I understand my card on file maybe charged for any outstanding balances including damages to property during my stay.  

TOWNHOME RENTALS:

Make sure you follow Departure Instructions posted in the Townhome. Check Out is 10 am.

DAMAGES: Renter agrees to keep Townhome in clean, tidy condition, not rearrange furniture and promptly report missing/damaged items. Renter agrees to not access or open the owner's locked closets/garages in the unit. Renter is financially responsible for any damages sustained during their stay that is not considered normal wear and tear. By renting the property, you are assuming all risk of and liability for any damage done to person or property, agents or visitors occasioned the premises both latent and manifest. In the event damages occur during your occupancy, you agree to authorize Perdido Key RV Resort to charge the cost of such damages to the credit card and reimburse the property owner for any applicable costs and attorney's fees incurred for collection of the damage. Neither Perdido Key RV Resort or owner will be responsible for accidents or injury to guest loss of money or valuable of any kind.

OCCPANCY: Occupant capacity, as listed on the website is determined by the Owner and local Fire Marshall and is strictly enforced.

Maximum Capacity is 6 people per Townhome. No property will be rented to persons other than families, married couples and are 25 years of age or older. The Renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of rent and eviction. No Townhomes shall be subleased or switched to another person for any reason.

DISCOUNTS: No refunds or discounts will be given for mechanical failures, malfunctioning amenities, weather, housekeeping issues. Working condition of pool, air conditioning, cable and internet is beyond our control and will be corrected as soon as possible.

PETS and SMOKING: Renter understands and agrees that any pets that are permitted must be always on leash while outdoors. Pets are not allowed to be on bedding or furniture. Please keep pet hair cleaned up as the next renter may have a sensitivity to pet dander.

If you bring a non-approved pet, you will be asked to depart immediately which will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay and any monies already paid. Renter also understands and agrees that smoking in NOT permitted in the units. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of your deposit, any monies already paid, plus any additional cleaning costs.

I have read the above Rules and Guidelines. I understand that my card on file will be charged for any outstanding balances, including property damages incurred during my stay.
