Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will
incur a $25 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made 14-29 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest
will receive a 50% refund.

If cancellation is made 7-13 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will
receive a 25% refund.

No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the
reservation start date.

Refund Policy

No refunds for early departures, no shows, or bad weather conditions. 

Sites you select are subject to change based on availability options. 

We do offer a $8.00 charge to lock in your site selection.

The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals.
