Refund Policy

At Pine Grove Camping, we strive to provide every guest with an enjoyable camping experience. To ensure fairness and consistency for all guests, the following policy applies to all reservations:

No Refunds
Reservations are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for early departures, weather conditions, changes in travel plans, or any unused portion of a stay.

Future Stay Credits
At management's discretion, a future stay credit may be issued in lieu of a refund. Any approved credit must be used during the same camping season in which it is issued and has no cash value. Unused credits will expire at the end of the camping season.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these terms.
