Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

• Reservations cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund and no cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled 4 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the full booking amount.

• Reservations cancelled 0 (no shows) to 3 days receive no refund.

Pine Ridge Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it is from a guest who has failed to comply with our terms & conditions and rules in the past.
