A $250.00 deposit is required to reserve the lot for the period requested for all reservations 14 nights or greater. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations less than 14 nights. Deposit amounts are non-refundable.

For early departures, RV pad fees are non refundable.

Pine to Palm Resort Park is PET FREE. Emotional Support Animals are not allowed.

At least one applicant must be 55 years of age or older and that proof of age will be required upon arrival.

The premises shall only be used for the placement of the tenant’s recreational vehicle for use as a private residence and shall not be used for any illegal purposes, nor in violation of any valid regulation of any governmental body or agency, nor in any manner to create any nuisance or trespass. The tenant agrees to abide and to ensure all guests abide by all Rules. The tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of the Landlord, assign or sublet this agreement, or the lease made hereunder, or the premises leased hereby or any interest therein.

The tenant has the duty to repair or remedy, or to pay for the repair or remedy, of any conditions that may occur to the premises during the term of this agreement caused by the tenant, a lawful occupant in the premises, a member of the tenant’s family, a guest or invitee of the tenant, and which are not caused by normal wear and tear.

The tenant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Landlord harmless for any injury or death to any person or damage to any property arising out of the use of the Community by the tenant, the tenant’s family, agents, employees, guests or invitees. Landlord shall not be liable to the Tenant for any damages arising out of any actions or negligence on the part of any other community residents, their families, agents, employees’ guests or invitees. The tenant agrees to pay the Landlord for any damages caused by the tenant, the tenant’s family, agents’ employees, guests or invitees, whether such damage is sustained by said community resident, said community resident’s family, agents, employees, guests or invitees.

This agreement and the Information Sheet for RVers and Renters constitute the entire agreement between the parties. The tenant certifies that no other representation, either written or oral, were made by the landlord or relied upon by the tenant as an inducement for the execution of, or as consideration for, this agreement. Tenant acknowledges receipt of a copy of each of these documents and agrees that such shall not be modified or amended except as may hereafter expressly set forth in writing and executed by the parties or except as otherwise provided herein.

The tenant’s right to occupancy shall terminate or may be terminated 1) for nonpayment of lease 2) at any time the tenant shall be in default on or in breach of any provision of this agreement or the Rules, upon written notice of such breach or default given by the landlord. When tenant’s right of occupancy is terminated, tenant shall pay all rental or other sums due or owed to landlord and shall peacefully surrender possession of the premises and remove all tenant’s property.
