Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Change, & Early Departure Policy (a.k.a. The “Don’t Hate Us” Fine Print)

•  Site Numbers:  We’ll try our best, but specific site numbers are not guaranteed unless you pay a lock-in fee. Think of it like reserving your favorite seat at a concert—without it, you might end up front row… or behind the world’s tallest RV.

• Cancellations Inside 30 Day
  If you cancel within 30 days of your stay, your deposit becomes a “thank you” donation to our ice cream fund. Translation: non-refundable.  You can move your stay to another date, free of charge!  AKA..we'd love to see you, lets make this work!

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will receive no refund and or reservation accomodation

• Cancellations Outside 30 Days
  If you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, we’ll refund 50% of your deposit. Consider it a “half-credit” for your future camping karma.

• Shortened Reservations
  If you decide to trim your trip inside the 30-day window, no refunds. (We planned the staff schedule, stocked the s’mores, and the raccoons are already excited.)

• Early Departures
  Leaving early? Sorry, no refunds. We’ll miss you, but we need to keep the lights on around here. ;)

• Monthly Stays
  Deposits for monthly stays hang out with us until you leave. At that point, we’ll deduct any unpaid electric, propane, or other charges before sending the balance back to the same card you used to book. (We can’t send it to a different card, no matter how much you beg.)
