Refund Policy

Refund Policy: We want every stay to be enjoyable, and refunds are rarely something we see around here.  IF there is one, here's how it works: 

• Refunds are not given for: no-shows, unused nights, early departures, or weather conditions.  

• Deposits and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

• If a refund is issued, it will be in the original form of payment within 10 business days once approved. 

• If a refund is approved, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
