Cancellation Policy

Short Term (1-4 nights) Cancellation fee: $50. Must cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited

Mid Term (5-13 nights) Cancellation fee: first night. Must cancel 6 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited

Long Term (14 nights or more) Cancellation fee: $300. Must cancel 8 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. Cancellations are only accepted over the phone and by a live person. If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive the answering machine, please leave a message and we will get back to you. Your reservation is not canceled until you hear back from a staff member at the Polson Motorcoach Resort.
