Terms & Conditions

All guests, visitors, and other occupants ("guests") must adhere to the Rules and Regulations, posted rules and regulations at Polson Motorcoach Resort (“Resort”), as well as any instructions provided by resort management. Management reserves the right to remove anyone violating these guidelines or posted rules. For details, please refer to the complete set of Resort Rules and Regulations. Please note, no refunds will be issued for voluntary departure, acts of nature, or removal due to violations, law enforcement, or court orders.

These Rules and Regulations are subject to change at any time without notice.

This resort is restricted to Class A motor coaches only. Units must be 10 years old or newer, or be in like-new condition. Any unit exceeding the 10-year age limit must be pre-approved by management with submitted photos prior to arrival.

Reservations arriving in any unit other than a Class A motor coach, including, but not limited to, Super C, Class B, travel trailers, fifth wheels, or towables, will not be permitted entry, and all deposits will be forfeited.

Deposit Policies

  • Short Term (1-4 nights) deposit fee: first night
  • Mid Term (5-13 nights) deposit fee: 50% of estimated cost of stay
  • Long Term (14 nights or more) deposit fee: 50% of estimated cost of stay

All Reservation Policies

  • Guests must be 18 years of age or older to rent any site.
  • Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.
  • Specific sites are not guaranteed unless a Site Lock fee has been paid. Site numbers may change prior to arrival; however the site type that was booked will be guaranteed.

Arrival Instructions:

From Hwy 93 you will turn onto Irvine Flats Road and drive past the first entrance and continue down the road (following the RED FLAGS), to the second entrance.  Pull in and park on the right alongside the curb and give us a call at 406-319-2347.  This phone number is for arrivals only. Please use the office number 406-883-2333 for all other inquiries.  Please disconnect your tow vehicle while you wait for our staff.  They will escort you directly to your site.  Once you get settled, come up to the office and register.

 

Check In/Out Times

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Late departures may be available until 12PM, subject to availability, and will incur a fee of $25/per hour

Early arrivals may be available, for an additional fee.  Please call the office prior to arrival to check availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Short Term (1-4 nights) Cancellation fee: $50. Must cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited
  • Mid Term (5-13 nights) Cancellation fee: first night. Must cancel 6 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited
  • Long Term (14 nights or more) Cancellation fee: $300. Must cancel 8 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. Cancellations are only accepted over the phone and by a live person. If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive the answering machine, please leave a message and we will get back to you. Your reservation is not canceled until you hear back from a staff member at the Polson Motorcoach Resort.

Defaults and Removal

Failure to pay fees when due, abide by Resort rules, or respond to official communications from Resort constitutes a default under this Agreement. Upon default, Resort may revoke Guest’s license to occupy the premises, and Guest agrees to vacate the site immediately upon written or posted notice. If Guest fails to vacate, Resort reserves the right to remove Guest and any property remaining on the site in accordance with applicable law.

Pets

Pets are welcome at sites AMERICAN BULL DOG, AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINCHER, MASTIF AND ROTTWEILER BREEDS OR ANY MIX OF THESE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our pet policies.

Each site allows a maximum of two pets, and visitors are not permitted to bring pets. Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times and cannot be left unattended.

Guests must ensure their pets do not disturb other guests—excessive barking, howling, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets, with waste bags required to be properly disposed of in designated trash bins. Any pet-related damages to campsites, or resort property will be charged to the credit card on file following a management inspection.

If a guest is unable or unwilling to control their pet or comply with management's request to remove the pet, management reserves the right to terminate the guest’s reservation and eject them from the resort without a refund.

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccination must be available upon request. Please note that, with the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in restrooms, laundry, playgrounds, or swimming areas.

Guests assume full responsibility for their pet(s) and agree to release the resort, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from pet-related injuries, damages, or accidents during their stay.

Child Safety
For the safety of all guests:

  • Children 14 and under must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times throughout the resort, including at lakes, ponds, and creeks.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the pool.
  • Golf carts may only be driven by guests 16 and older who have a valid driver’s license.

Failure to follow these rules may result in a violation notice and fine.

WiFi

The Resort’s Wifi may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state statute or regulation is prohibited. WiFi may be affected by weather, high usage, or technical issues.

Not Permitted

The following are prohibited within the resort fireworks, openly carried firearms, drones, 4-wheelers, ATVs, use of open flames beyond designated fire pits, external electric heaters, storage of hazardous materials, or commercial business use.

Golf Carts

All guests must comply with the following rules regarding the use of golf carts on the property.

  1. Each guest must register their personal golf cart with the office upon check-in. Must present valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
  2. Each guest owning a golf cart is solely responsible for ensuring that all operators of the golf cart are a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  3. Golf carts must have headlights on while in use after sunset. Carts without headlights may not be used after sunset.
  4. Golf carts must be driven responsibly at all times. Horseplay, racing, or any misuse of carts is prohibited. Use is limited to blacktop or gravel roads only; driving through RV sites or restricted areas is not permitted.
  5. Operating a golf cart while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
  6. Do not exceed the seating capacity of the golf cart. All occupants must be seated while the cart is in motion.
  7. Engage the brake and remove the key when the cart is not in use.
  8. Drivers must adhere to all speed limits and posted signs.

Photography and Video Content

Guest consents to our capture and use of voice recordings, images, videos, and likeness for any and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade and any other lawful purpose.

Animal Waiver

I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my dog while camping at the Resort with my dog.

  • Excluded Areas: I agree to keep my dog out of the following areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, laundry, playgrounds, and swimming areas.
  • Excluded Dogs: I agree that the Resort has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following: breed-specific exclusions AMERICAN BULL DOG, AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINCHER, MASTIF AND ROTTWEILER BREEDS OR ANY MIX OF THESE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED; due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements; are sick; are in heat; are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous; require muzzling; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.
  • Supervision: I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Resort. I further agree to have my dog with me or a designated individual at all times, and understand that I may not leave the dog unattended outside. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other guests at the Resort.
  • Vaccinations: I represent and warrant that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.
  • Disturbances: I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Resort, at the request of a Resort employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Resort. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Resort and will not be issued a refund.
  • Assumption of Risk and Release: I understand that my permission to have my dog at the Resort with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Resort may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while my dog is at the Resort or caused by my dog. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Resort, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that me or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my dog’s presence in the Resort, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my dog and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Resort. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Acknowledgment: By acknowledging below, that I have read the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns.

I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Resort without a refund.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of Resort, including its directors, officers, members, managers, employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Resort Parties”), allowing Guest(s) to use the Premises and Rental Site, which includes various recreational activities/amusements offered by Resort, Guest, including all signatories hereto and any children, including minors, other family and visitors of Guest(s) (“Guest Parties”), hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms of the following release of all liability waiver (“Release”):

Guest Parties hereby freely, voluntarily, and without duress execute and agree to this Release and acknowledge the forfeiture of a legal right in accordance with the following terms:

Guest Parties waive, release, and discharge Resort Parties from all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising from Guest Parties’ use of the Rental Site and Premises, including Guest Parties’ use of Guest Parties’ personal property thereon. Guest Parties relinquish all rights to file a claim, including for ordinary or gross negligence, and assume all risks associated with Guest Parties’ use of the Rental Site and Premises.

Guest Parties’ release and agree to hold harmless Resort Parties from all liability related to damage to Guest Parties’ vehicle(s), Unit(s), boats, golf carts, automobiles, trucks, trailers, or other personal property, including equipment, and assume all risks associated with Guest Parties’ stay while on the Premises, whether caused by accidents, negligence (ordinary or gross), weather conditions, rocks slung from mowing equipment, machinery used by maintenance crews, falling trees, limbs, animals, or any other inherent risks of camping and outdoor activities.

As a courtesy, Resort employees may, upon request, assist with directing Guest Parties to their designated site. However, Guest Parties remain solely responsible to ensure that the site will accommodate their specific trailer or RV and that no branches, bollards, trees, or other obstacles are struck when positioning the unit. Guest Parties agree to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resort Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to any assistance provided by an employee in directing or assisting them to their site.

Guest Parties voluntarily assume and understand that camping and recreational activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to exposure to natural elements, wildlife, uneven terrain, and other outdoor conditions, which may result in personal injury, property damage, or death.

Guest Parties understand that staying in a public campground may expose Guest Parties to contagious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, and Guest Parties voluntarily assume all risks associated with potential exposure during Guest Parties stay on the Premises.

Guest Parties also acknowledge that Guest Parties are responsible for all medical expenses that may arise from injuries sustained during Guest Parties stay on the Premises.

Guest Parties agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resort Parties from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to any injury, damage, or loss suffered by Guest Parties while on the Premises.

Guest Parties acknowledge they are not tenants but licensees of Resort. Resort may terminate Guest Parties license to enter the Premises at any time for any reason, and Guest Parties agree to leave the Premises upon request by Resort

This Release shall be binding upon Guest Parties, their heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Resort is located. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the same county as the Resort. Guest irrevocably submits to such jurisdiction and waives any claim of forum non conveniens.

Resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance or access to the premises due to acts of God, fire, flood, government orders, war, civil unrest, utility failure, pandemic, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Resort is privately owned, and Resort’s management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

By acknowledging below, Guest Parties acknowledge having received, read, and understood this Release,  Agreement, the Resort Rules and Regulations, and all incorporated terms. Guest Parties voluntarily agree to abide by these terms as a condition of occupancy.
