Our kids loved the beach, and getting ice cream. We had a play ground right by our campsite. Level spots with power and water. Already booked a 2nd trip back.

The people that run the campground are lovely. My site (5) for the first 2 days was great as it was a pull through site, lots of land for my dog to run and bathrooms/showers nearby. We didn't use them but they are clean. We moved the last day closer to the water and it was beautiful as well. The only negative was the dog in the camper beside us that barked nonstop for HOURS, and I do mean nonstop for HOURS, while his owners were away. Poor dog clearly has separation anxiety but they didn't care.

The rv campground was nice, sites big ,grounds well kept. Weather did not cooperate with the gusty winds almost everyday . That is one reason the 3 stars , the other is the maximum 14 day stay only . I find it disappointing that there are not monthly bookings available as well . In the end whether it’s one person renting for a month or 2 families for 4 weeks the cost are still the same . Change your policy please . We will and have still recommended this spot to friends.

It’s a wonderful camp ground, spaces sites, be it single camper or group camping, kind staff, clean facilities, beautiful trail around the lake to walk or bike. Easy access for boating or kayaking. A great place for kids to enjoy. Wood is decent price, ICE CREAM……and ya just might see a moose….magine!

I love camping at Prairie Oasis Park, and do numerous times a year. The water is warm and they have the nicest beach/swimming area around. Although, there are improvements that can be made. The wifi might as well not exist as you can connect to it, but rarely can actually do anything for lack of speed/bandwidth. It’s not uncommon to lose power/water for 4-6 hours (Happened 3-4 times this summer). And speeding in the park is a big problem. I will continue to return year after year as it is a beautiful campground and great place for water activities.
