Terms & Conditions
**By signing, I acknowledge the following:** - I agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein and I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quechee Pine Valley Campground AKA Pine Valley Inc. and its officers, agents, employees, from all suits, actions, losses, damages, claims, or liability of any character, type, or description, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing; all expenses of litigation, court costs, and attorneys fees for injuries or death to any person or injury to any property received or sustained by any person or persons or property arising out of or occasioned by the acts of Quechee Pine Valley Campground AKA Pine Valley Inc. or its officers, agents, employees, in the execution of this contract. - The campground is not responsible for guest items left after departure. - One (1) vehicle per site. - I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with this reservation are not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges. - I have read and agree to the Quechee Pine Valley Campground's policies and guidelines as provided online at their website along with the campground site map document. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am and are strictly enforced. - No refunds for early departures - Check-out time is 11 am. Additional fees apply for late check-outs - If bringing a pet I agree to be bound by the Quechee Pine Valley Campground Pet Policy and further acknowledge that the following breeds and their mixes are prohibited from this location: Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull) - I declare that I am not residing at Quechee Pine Valley Campground aka Pine Valley Inc located at 3700 Woodstock Road White River Junction, VT 05001 and agree to vacate the reserved site on the departure date listed in this registration document. - No soliciting or loitering - No parking on grassed areas. Additional vehicles must use guest parking areas and register in the front office and pay the applicable guest fee. Non-compliance will result in the vehicle being towed and/or ejection from the campground at guest's expense. - I understand and agree that any and all guests in my party are my responsibility and must adhere to the Quechee Pine Valley Campground guidelines and policies, register, and pay any applicable fees. - RVs must be model year 2000 or newer and in good, operable condition with an RVIA seal affixed to the unit. Tiny homes, converted buses, homemade RVs, etc. are not allowed unless approved by management - Dogs are the only pets allowed in our cabins (ADA exceptions apply) - I understand that the valet garbage pickup service is only for regular household garbage and that should I decide to leave any items not in compliance with this rule (i.e. propane tanks, awnings, camp chairs, etc.), I authorize Quechee Pine Valley Campground to charge my credit card on file a $50 fee + any additional fees that the local dump charges for disposal of such items.
Credit Card Authorization- I hereby grant Quechee Pine Valley Campground aka Pine Valley Inc. full permission to charge any credit card number I submit for the balance due and also for any and all registration, store, and/or incidental charges I incur during my stay and hereby acknowledge that my electronic signature constitutes my authorized signature for any and all receipts for any and all charges incurred during my stay. I acknowledge that I may request copies of all receipts by contacting a member of the Quechee Pine Valley Campground Staff.
To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests, a valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of your stay and for a reasonable period following departure to allow for the processing of any authorized charges.
By completing your reservation and checking in, you acknowledge and agree that:
A valid, active, and chargeable credit card must remain on file throughout your stay.
You authorize Quechee Pine Valley Campground to charge this card for:
Damage to the cabin or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
Missing or stolen property.
Excessive cleaning resulting from smoking, pets in non-pet-friendly cabins, or other policy violations.
Unpaid pet fees, occupancy charges, or other incidental charges incurred during your stay.
Any unpaid balance associated with your reservation.
The card provided must remain active and capable of accepting authorized charges until all post-departure inspections have been completed and any legitimate charges have been processed.
Intentionally restricting, disabling, locking, replacing, canceling, or otherwise preventing authorized charges from being processed without first resolving any outstanding balance with management constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
If the payment method on file becomes invalid or unavailable, you agree to immediately provide an alternate valid payment method upon request.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in:
Immediate cancellation of the reservation (prior to arrival);
Immediate termination of the stay and removal from the resort without refund (if already checked in);
Collection efforts, including the recovery of reasonable collection costs where permitted by law; and
Restriction from making future reservations at Quechee Pine Valley Campground.
Campsite Rental- Check-out time is 11:00 am. Check-in time for RVs/Tents is 1:00 pm. Check-in time for Cabins is 3:00 pm. Only one (1) RV and one (1) tow vehicle per site. All other vehicles (including guests) must park at the office or designated guest parking or overflow parking areas as space is limited. Washing of RVs or vehicles is NOT permitted. Watershed laws are in effect. No parking on the grass. Please do not move fire rings. Cutting trees is prohibited. Please leave campsites neat and clean when departing.
Visitors- Campers are responsible at all times for their guests. ALL visitors must register, pay a fee, and receive a car pass. Visiting hours are from 9 am to 10 pm.
Bathrooms- We take pride in our clean bathrooms and showers; please help keep them clean for the next guest. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. NO playing or loitering in the bathroom, laundry, or store areas. Please wash dishes at camp sinks located at upper and lower bathhouses and the laundry room.
Campsites- Please do not cut through other campsites. Clotheslines and dumping gray water on the ground are not permitted. NO holes or trenches may dug on any campsite. No tents are allowed on RV or cabin sites. Only allowed on designated tent sites.
Laundry Facilities- Laundry is open 24/7. Change and detergent are available during business hours in our General Store.
Cabins- Check-in is 3:00 pm & Check-out is 11:00 am. Cooking in Primitive Cabins or on the porches thereof is PROHIBITED. Smoking is PROHIBITED in all cabins. Lighted candles are PROHIBITED in all cabins. Do not leave pets unattended in the cabins AT ANY TIME.
Safety- Bicycles may be used only on the roadways. NO biking after dusk. Kids UNDER 16 must wear helmets. Riding through campsites or common areas/walkways is prohibited.
Quiet Hours- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Alcoholic Beverages- May be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older on their campsite.
Pets- Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owner’s vehicle or accommodations. Do not leave a dog tethered or crated outside unattended. We all love our pets but please be conscious of the campers around you. If your dog is too vocal and/or cannot be controlled
Dog Registration Required- We are pleased to welcome up to two dogs in designated pet-friendly cabins. To ensure the comfort of all guests and allow our housekeeping team to prepare accommodations appropriately, all dogs must be registered prior to arrival.
A nightly pet cleaning charge of $25 per dog applies to all registered dogs (ADA service dogs exempt as required by law).
Dogs that are not disclosed prior to or at check-in are subject to a minimum $250 undeclared pet charge, in addition to applicable nightly pet cleaning charges. Failure to register a dog may also result in cancellation of the reservation or removal from the resort without refund.
Vehicles- The maximum speed throughout the campground is 5 mph. Use of golf carts, ATV’s, and any other similar vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Swimming Pool- Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or dusk. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS containers permitted in the pool area. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
Bike & Boat Rental Supplemental Waiver - Each participant must have a completed release form. Rentals are in 30 min increments. Parents must sign in the presence of staff for any children under the age of 18. Children ages 14-17 may ride unaccompanied by an adult. - I voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while using the equipment and wave any right of action, claim, or suit I may have against "Pine Valley Inc." aka Quechee Pine Valley Campground, its officers, agents, or employees arising from the use of the boat, bike, or related equipment.
I further agree to the following:
Users of the bikes, canoes, & related equipment will obey all safety, traffic, & related laws pertaining to boating, biking, & recreation in the state of Vermont as posted at the camp store office.
Cycling helmets will be worn by users of ALL AGES at ALL TIMES when using the banana bikes.
Life jackets will be worn by users of ALL AGES at ALL TIMES when using the canoes.
If a rider cannot supply a helmet or life jacket, the campground will with no rental cost.
Ensuring all bike users stay within the bike riding parameter described as follows: Any main road within Quechee Pine Valley Campground NOT beyond (I) the small bridge near the entrance of the campground and / or (II) the hill up to the upper campground. I further agree that I will ensure that all participants stay on the main roads and that no participants take any bikes on any paths, trails, grassed areas, or on/thru ANY campsites, vacant or occupied.
I am aware that using the bikes, canoes, & related equipment can be a hazardous activity and am voluntarily participating in the rental, with the knowledge of the dangers posed to me and all others in my party.
I acknowledge that I have received and understand verbal and/or written instructions on how to operate the banana bikes, canoes, & related equipment.
Guest Registration, Max Occupancy, & Undeclared Guest Charges
For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, every person staying overnight at Quechee Pine Valley Campground must be declared and registered to the reservation. All vehicles must also be registered and display any required parking pass.
The registered reservation holder is responsible for providing an accurate total number of overnight occupants and for ensuring that the number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the reserved accommodation.
Maximum Occupancy
RV Sites: Maximum occupancy is 4 people per site.
4-Person Cabins: Maximum occupancy is 4 people, regardless of age.
6-Person Cabins: Maximum occupancy is 6 people, regardless of age.
Maximum occupancy limits may not be exceeded by paying an additional guest charge, bringing additional bedding, sleeping in vehicles, or otherwise accommodating additional overnight guests.
Guest Registration Required
By making, confirming, or checking in for a reservation, the reservation holder certifies that the number of overnight guests disclosed to Quechee Pine Valley Campground is complete and accurate and that the party will remain within the maximum occupancy permitted for the reserved accommodation.
Any additional overnight guest must be reported to and approved by the campground before occupying the site or cabin. Registration requirements apply even when an additional guest arrives separately, is visiting another registered guest, or does not require additional bedding or amenities.
Undeclared Guests
Guests who stay overnight but are not disclosed and registered to the reservation are considered undeclared guests.
Reservations found to have undeclared overnight guests are subject to a minimum $250 undeclared guest charge, in addition to any applicable per-person charges or other fees.
If the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum occupancy of the reserved RV site or cabin, the excess occupants will not be permitted to stay, regardless of payment of the undeclared guest charge.
Knowingly providing an inaccurate guest count, concealing additional occupants, transferring parking passes, or otherwise attempting to circumvent guest-registration or occupancy requirements may also result in cancellation of the reservation or removal from the resort without refund.
Certification
By completing the reservation and/or check-in process, the reservation holder certifies that:
-All persons who will occupy the RV site or cabin overnight have been accurately disclosed.
-The maximum occupancy of the reserved accommodation is known and agrees that it will not be exceeded.
-All overnight guests and vehicles must be registered with Quechee Pine Valley Campground and that undeclared guests may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund.
Available at the Store/Office- RV Accessories, Ice Cream, Firewood, Ice, Propane, & More!
In Addition We Will Not Tolerate- Loud noise(s), fighting, abusive language, drunkenness, disturbing others or disturbing business operations, unsafe fire and speeding. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.
Outdoor Mats & Rugs- Mats & outdoor rugs are welcome to be used as long as they are NOT on the grass.
Firewood- DO NOT cut trees or gather wood off the ground or from surrounding woods. Removing and/or gathering trees or wood from the property is prohibited and illegal. Firewood is available at the store for purchase or you may bring your own as long as it complies withVermont’s firewood laws.
Photo & Social Media Release- By tagging, mentioning, uploading, or sharing photos, videos, or content related to my stay on social media or other digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), I hereby grant Quechee Pine Valley Campground dba Pine Valley Inc., full authorization to use, repost, reproduce, publish, and share such content, in print or digitally, for their marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, & other purposes without compensation or further approval and all rights to such content are hereby waived, including any right to inspect or approve any finished product. I also release Quechee Pine Valley Campground dba Pine Valley Inc. from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of my content as described above. I understand that while the campground and its staff take reasonable efforts and care to protect the discretion and privacy of its guests, by virtue of their general marketing and advertising efforts and the collection of related media materials, guests and further members of the public may inadvertently be included in photos, videos, and/or audio that are subsequently used for marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, & other purposes.
