Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are an easy-going community and understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all guests who wish to visit Rancho Corrido, please review our cancellation policy below:

Standard Reservations

• 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee.

• Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival will forfeit the first night's site fee.

Holiday & Special Event Reservations

• 72+ Hours Notice: For high-demand holiday weekends, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee.

• Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Holiday cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will forfeit the first night's site fee.

Early Departures, No-Shows, & Weather

• Camping is an outdoor experience! We do not offer refunds or prorated rates for early departures, no-shows, or inclement weather.
