Rancho Corrido RV Park – Community Guidelines

Welcome to Rancho Corrido RV Park in Pauma Valley, CA! To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we ask that you review and agree to the following Community Guidelines prior to your stay.

RV & Campsite Standards

  • Only fully self-contained trailers and motorhomes are accepted.

  • Tents for pick-ups with camper shells are not permitted.

  • Each RV entering the Park must either be new or in good condition and approved by Park Management. No rope, straps, bungee cords, duct or other adhesive tape, tarps, and exposed plywood should be visible.

  • The Premises shall be kept free of weeds, litter and debris at all times.

  • Storage of anything beneath, behind or on the outside of the RV is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, storage of boxes, trunks, wood, pipe, batteries, bottles, tools, mops, ladders, paint cans or any item which is unsightly in appearance.

  • Only outdoor patio furniture and gas or propane barbecues approved for use by Park Management may be used outside the RV.

  • Clotheslines are not permitted on the Premises.

Vehicles & Parking

  • The speed limit in the Park is 5 miles per hour (MPH).

  • To prevent overcrowding, a maximum of one (1) vehicle (excluding your RV) may be parked on your designated site. Additional parking can be arranged for an additional parking fee.

  • No parking is permitted on the streets of the Park. Parking is not permitted on vacant Premises or landscaped areas.

  • Washing of vehicles, other than light sponge and pail cleaning, is prohibited within the Park. No maintenance, repair or other work of any kind on any vehicle, boat or Recreational Vehicle may be done on the Premises without Park Management's consent.

  • Dune buggies, mopeds, dirt bikes, off-road vehicles and all terrain vehicles may not be operated in the Park.

Respecting Your Neighbors

  • Radios, televisions, record players, musical instruments and other devices must be used so as not to disturb others. No loud music or noise is permitted.

  • Except for commercially manufactured barbecues or other appliances installed in Resident's RV, no fires are permitted on the homesite.

  • The use or display of any weapon, including, but not limited to, a bow and arrow, BB guns, knives, swords, batons, fireworks, explosives, mace, pepper spray, electric "tasers" and guns is expressly forbidden.

  • Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children may not enter or play upon vacant sites at any time.

Pet Policy

  • No more than two (2) pets are allowed per RV Lot.

  • Only medium-sized cats or dogs (which, at maturity, do not exceed twenty pounds (20 lbs.) in weight or eighteen inches (18") in height when measured at the shoulders in a standing position) are permitted. The following breeds (100% or portion thereof) are prohibited: Anita Inu, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit-Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky. (Guide dogs, signal dogs, and other service dogs as defined by Civil Code § 54.1 are exempt from the size limitation ).

  • Pets must be on a leash no longer than fifteen (15) feet when not inside the RV.

  • The tying up of pets outside the RV and leaving them unattended is prohibited.

  • No exterior pet housing is permitted in the Park.

  • RVers are required to immediately clean up and dispose of all excrement created by their pet(s).

Amenities & Trash

  • Pool hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm.

  • Pool capacity is 25 people max. Time limit of 1 hour if others are waiting to enter.

  • No food, drink nor alcoholic beverages in or around the pool area.

  • Garbage must be wrapped and, with other refuse, must be placed in plastic trash bags and kept inside the RV until deposited in the designated disposal bins.

Liability & Enforcement

  • Park and Park Management are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to the vehicles of RVer or their guests.

  • RVer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Park Management and/or Owner for any loss, injury, or liability caused by RVer's pet.

  • Any vehicle parked in violation of these Rules and Regulations or in violation of signs posted throughout the Park may be towed from the Park at the expense of the vehicle's owner without further notice.
