Cancellation Policy

For stays shorter than 30 Nights:

• 14+ days prior to arrival: Refund of deposit minus a $20 processing fee.

• 13 days or fewer prior to arrival (before the arrival date): Deposit is forfeited. No refund.

• No Show / Early Departure: No refund.

Long-term stays: No refunds as deposit is non refundable.
