The restroom was not supplied with toilet paper. Also, while the laundry facility looked great I was disappointed that a $5 card was required in order to use the washer and dryer. After the $5 fee was paid then you could put money on the card. Also, the pool and spa had a code to enter. The instructions said to press two numbers then release. Then press a third number. My experience was that the two numbers had to press exactly at the same time. If you used two fingers on the same hand you could not press the two numbers at exactly the same time. It required use two hands to be able to press the two numbers at exactly the same time.

Very convenient to downtown Denver. Sites are great, laundry and pool are really nice amenities.

Wonderful neighbors and quiet setting

Because the site was a gravel lot and the internet wasnt even accessible in our rv. So I couldn’t use for my computer or TV. I had to go inside the clubhouse to access it so i was limited to the hours it was open. Since i usually use it during late evening or early morning it made it very difficult since that was impossible.

Overall the stay was good and I’d both stay theee again and recommend. The rating was based on two things, laundry and the individual sites condition. The laundry thing, was probably user error on my part but I didn’t like buying a laundry card and then having to turn around and add money to it. Should be all one action. The site part was mostly that I thought more gravel should be added as it did get a little muddy around the services area. Sis like the fact that there was concrete pads.

Good short term stay! Wonderful heated pool, clean showers, dump and water on site, friendly and helpful communication. We would come again. Our lot was at the corner, so we had no privacy to the neighbor, who was quite loud, but for a short term it was ok. We definitely enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub, that made our stay! Thanks for all!

Very clean and well laid out. Very convenient to Denver and the surrounding area. Very friendly staff. Great amenities. We used the pool and fitness center.

Very up to date and every thing very new looking

The rv spots themselves were not good. Very tight and squishy but the clubhouse and pool was amazing. Clubhouse gets 5 stars, rv spot 1 star

Nice quite place

Stayed two nights in transit. Facility has ongoing new home construction. Rv sites are very tight. Little space with your neighbor. Vehicle parking tight to keep off the street park is a 55 and over

I had an electrical issue with the 30Amp outlet that was quickly resolved by the Manager Chris on the weekend when the office was closed. She was very understanding and had a very nice employee onsite come to our rescue in the 100 degree heat! Very appreciated!

Campground was clean and nice our spot was very inconvenient.You had to literally crawl under camper to hook up water and sewer . We assumed in the middle meant on the side in the middle not under your camper . There is not much room to park your truck to get off the road .
