Ridgeline at River Run (Age Restricted 55+) — Reviews

Ridgeline at River Run's recently updated Clubhouse, Shower house etc were fabulous! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the WI-FI was terrible. We were unable to watch anything on TV due to poor connection. If they could fix that issue it is definitely 5 stars.

We chose this place to spend the weekend of the 4th of July here and to visit festivities in Denver. Upon arrival, the office was closed. The place we had chosen, well quite narrow. The wifi didn't work. No one could be reached by phone to ask for the code for pool,hot tub and laundry. Even before 3 p.m. no one was in the office. There was also no response to text messages. To charge $75 for this is dubious.

The pool was clean and the hot tub was not TOO HOT this time. We got our favorite end spot and even the workout room was clean & tidy.

The park was very convenient to my conference in downtown Denver. The WiFi was not reliable.

Nice spot, relatively quiet for being in the city, clean laundry room, and well maintained grounds.

Recently updated clubhouse and bathrooms. Flat sites, not a lot of space in between and had to park extra vehicle in street. Only complaint was that construction workers user the men’s restroom and tracked mud, which was left for several days and women’s toilet paper was not checked daily and was missing for two days until we complained. Once we complained, the restroom issues were taken care of. This is a nice central location to get to many areas of Denver. Very quiet at night. Another negative was that that you had to pay five dollars for a laundry card and then add money to it and $10 increments.

Nice new pool clubhouse, shower and laundry facilities.

Your campground was convenient.. clean.. covered all of our needs.. and was in close proximity to restaurants and attractions nearby. And customer svc was AWESOME. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy in, easy out—spacious , quiet, and clean!

Spaces were WAY too close together, no firepits! It wasn't camping At ALL, It was just basically a place to Park!!

Sites are narrow with large drain curbs to cross. There was no picnic table. Park is very clean and quiet. We felt very safe.

Because everything was great - no problems.

Easy to get to and a part of a large manufacturing, mobile home and RV park. Close to bike trail. Hole in the wall bar across the street had pool tables, classic pinball, friendly locals. Safe location and nice community pool and hot tub.

Ridgeline at River Run has great Management. It would be nice to have the code to the Laundry Room in our confirmation & not have to wait until the next day when the office opens to get the code. No fault of the Managers - but Some guests like to let their dogs run around unleased at night and come into others camps :(
