    Perfectly positioned in the heart of the park, these full-hookup (20/30/50 AMP) deluxe back-in sites place you just steps from all main amenities, including the bathhouse, laundry facilities, office, and dumpsters. You'll have everything you need right at your camp, including a fire pit, picnic table, and ample daytime shade under our native Cottonwood and Mulberry trees. Please note that due to their central proximity, some ambient road noise can be expected. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these deluxe back-in sites.

    Escape the highway noise in our Premium River Sites, tucked quietly into the back of the park. These full-hookup (20/30/50 AMP) sites feature a picnic table, fire pit, and beautiful shade from native Cottonwood and Mulberry trees. These campsites are positioned safely up an embankment away from the Verde River. While these campsites offer clear views and sounds of the river, for safety purposes (especially during monsoon season here in the desert) the campsites are not actually located ON the river. The Verde River flows along the south border of the park and is accessible for guests to walk the trail along the river’s bank, swim, float, fish, or even kayak in the river. Keep in mind that depending on the season, the water may be low or stationary and at other times the water is high and flowing - we ask that guests be cautious near the water. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these premium river sites. **Maximum RV length for these campsites is 32 feet**

Our 90-foot Pull-Through Sites offer full hookups (20/30/50 AMP), a picnic table, and a fire pit right at the front entrance of the park. Nestled directly off Highway 89A, these sites are an ideal launchpad for exploring nearby Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome. Please note that their proximity to the highway means guests should expect road noise during their stay. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these pull-through sites.

Please plan ahead, as these sites do not include sewer hookups, a picnic table, or a fire pit, and we do not have a dump station on the property. The sites are located at the front entrance of our park nestled directly off Highway 89A. Therefore, please note that there will be road noise in these sites. Maximum stay is limited to 4 nights.

    Everyone was very friendly. Sue helped me rearrange my reservation when I wanted to move dates a few days. She worked at getting us a spot we could stay in for all 3 nights and she was successful! We were happy in our spot above the river and close to the laundry room. I did make use of the laundry room which was very clean. There were 4 washers and dryers: $2 wash and $1.75 dry which actually did dry your clothes in one cycle without adding more quarters. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the campground but it was really convenient to Old Town Cottonwood and the town of Jerome, which we loved and about 30 minutes to Sedona. Overall, we were very happy here and had a lovely stay.

    Great little RV park! Log the proximity to Sedona and also how close it was to historic Cottonwood Main St, as well as grocery stores! Fun little hiking trail accessible from the RV park and plenty of room to walk the grounds after dinner. Staff was also very friendly & sites were easy to access. Will definitely return if ever in the area again!

    The park is extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff were both extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this park when visiting Arizona.
