Quiet park, friendly staff, convenient location to Cottonwood, still convenient to Sedona, only about 25 min away. We stayed here six nights and really enjoyed the peaceful setting. Very convenient to grocery stores and other retailers and services.

Great location in Cottonwood...very cute town. This campground had the best showers during my whole trip throughout the National parks. Very good communication with the rv park.

Very nice campground in a convenient location near Cottonwood, Jerome and of course, Beautiful Sedona. Mandy, the site host was awesome and extremely accommodating. Clean bathrooms and showers 24/7.

Perfect quiet spot in cottonwood, AZ and so close to Sedona! We stayed 2 nights and wish we would have stayed more with lots of things to do in Cottonwood and Jerome too which is close by. The hiking trails in Sedona and the red rocks were amazing! Friendly office staff at Rio and Bathrooms and laundry facilities were immaculate. Plenty of room between RV spaces too. Tho campground also has a couple hiking trails behind the campground that are great too!

They were great! The staff was incredibly kind and very very willing to answer any questions. Check in was easy, we were given a map and instructions. We were given a great list of local places to check out. Hook ups were working and easy to use. They took care to have lights on the signs to make it easy to see. Bathrooms were incredibly clean and well maintained the entire stay. Overall a 10/10 experience and we will absolutely be back!

It was easy to check-in. We had a great spot for our van. Close to town. Unfortunately the water in the river was low due to drought. The only issue that we noticed was lots of fire ants around which we couldn’t take our dog for walk. Great and clean individual bathroom and shower. Overall for two nights was good.

Great campground in a great location. Nice little town of Cottonwood is right around the corner. Site overlooking the river was level but not overly deep. Our 23 foot camper fit fine though. Hookups all worked great. Wifi worked fine. Laundry was in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
