We had a pull-through site, level and easy in and out. Bathrooms were clean, single person rooms. Convenient location to Sedona, loads of restaurant options in town.

Park is well laid out, staff are very friendly. Basic RV park with full hookups. Did not use restrooms, but the laundry room was clean and functional. Park is pretty quiet, though you might occasionally hear a cow. Easy scarf to Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, etc. walking/biking trails are within walking distance of the park.

A nice clean place centrally located for day trips. There is so much to do in the area, we really enjoyed it, and the staff was great!

Late check in instructions were accurate. Site was easy to find. Very nicely maintained facility. Showers need better ventilation but other than that I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great stay, did have septic down for one day but the manager got maintenance on it quickly. I did have to take a cold shower one of the nights. The grounds are very well maintained and the camp sites are excellent

A great RV Park! Everything was kept neat and tidy, staff were friendly and accommodating and it was close to many tourist attractions. Our site was down by the Verde River and even though the busy road was very close you didn’t hear road noise at all.

Super noisy road, just gravel everywhere with zero landscaping or anything to really do there on site like a pool or hot tub. Would be cool to do like a food truck night or something fun like live music. The sites were clean and level though with full hookups. If we were to stay here again we’d choose a site as far from the road as possible.
