Site 26 sucks, to close to office. Didn't know when I picked it online, site said only 2 sites left. There were a lot left. Over all blah Ok for a over night stop. Friendly office staff,

They made everything very easy. The bathroom was such a pleasant surprise. It was just like a regular bathroom, not like all of the campgrounds I’ve been at. The office manager was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, well maintained park. We only stayed 1 night so weren't able to check out much. We have 3 dogs and they have really made sure the facilities are dog friendly.

We arrived a few minutes after the office staff were scheduled to leave, but they welcomed us upon our arrival, and took all the time we needed to get us oriented to the park and checked in. This was the best customer service experience we had on our 3 week journey through the southwest. The park was clean and was well managed. The location was very convenient for exploring Sedona and the surrounding area. I highly recommend Rio Verde RV Park to anyone visiting the Sedona and Cottonwood area.

Great place to stay! Close to Sedona and Cottonwood. Clean bathrooms and laundry was clean and worked really well. The shady spots along the water are really nice and roomy. We will stay again!

No hot water in showers for 2 days! Only the first day. And no one answered the emergency line at 8 pm on 4/30 when I was ill and trying to move our van closer to the toilets. Otherwise was fine, clean and convenient to Sedona and Cottonwood. Hearing the birds in the morning helped cover up the road noise. Can’t see the river from the “river spots” but nice vegetation.
