Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation for any reason by the seasonal guest(s), there will be no refund of seasonal fees already paid. Reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, strikes, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics, or other similar occurrences beyond the owner’s control.
