Refund Policy

All RV site fees paid by the seasonal or monthly guest(s) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. No refunds shall be issued for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, strikes, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics, or any other similar occurrences beyond the owner’s control. This policy applies regardless of whether the seasonal guest(s) utilize the site or facilities during the seasonal term.
