Love the location and it was quiet. Wish we would have been there long enough to eat at the restaurant but the timing just didn’t work out. Would have given it 5 stars but the bath house was pretty rough.

It’s certainly not the fanciest campground but the friendly staff, restaurant and bar was very nice. Great and easy access. We’ll definitely stay there again

The bed was so small! The floor was dirty and the was a dead fly on the window that had been there for awhile. The bed had to only be a full size and I booked it for 2 adults. Really!! When you book for 2 nights for 2 people seems like there would be enough coffee for 2 mornings for 2 people. No sugar or spoon not even powered creamer. The cabanas need allot of update

We just stayed over the Labor Day weekend and had an absolute great time. The food was fantastic and service to match!! The grounds are very well maintained as well. And the Big Smitty show was very well organized and they sounded great. We’d recommend Rivers Bend to anyone visiting the Joplin area. Thanks for having us Jim, Kyle and family’s.

What an amazing place. The cabana kept us cool and the fishing kept us busy. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant was great! We had an fantastic vacation! We have many plans to return. Kayaking down the creek is a must!

Disappointed that unable to cool off in the Shoal Creek which was less than 2 ft. deep. Also at 9:30 AM as we were getting ready to leave, the power was turned off at the electric post. We’ve never had that happen before. The employees at check in and later at the bar/restaurant were very nice and our site under a tree was lovely.

The campsite was big and clean. We had a picnic table and a firepit. There was a pile of firewood for us to use. Also they had live music at the restaurant that we could listen to from our campsite.
