Bathrooms not clean, no toilet paper, cold water only in some showers. Upon arrival our reservation fell in a locked box with other reservations. Called both emergency contact numbers. One was disconnected and other not taking messages. People near us partying until after 1am. Quiet time 11pm and campers usually adhere to these. Close drive to Wells Beach which is beautiful.

The sites are all very small and it is extremely difficult to fit 2 tents comfortably on one site. This also makes the 11 pm quiet hour seem even later and noisier as your neighbor is only about 15’ away from you at any given time. We stayed 3 nights and 2 of the 3 nights we tried to shower and there was only cold water. The campground also doesn’t have firewood for sale, so make sure to bring your own. We found most of the stores along Route 1 have some in stock.
