Cancellation Policy

RV Site Cancellation Policy

All nights reserved are to be paid in full prior to your arrival. A 50% deposit will be required.

Cancelling 30 days or more prior to your arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancelling 14-29 days prior to your arrival will result in a 2 night charge based on the site type you have reserved.
Cancelling 13 days or less prior to your arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Cancelling on the day of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Cabin Cancellation Policy

All nights reserved are to be paid in full prior to your arrival. A 50% deposit will be required.

Cancelling 30 days or more prior to your arrival will result in a $100 charge.
Cancelling less than 30 days prior to your arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Cancelling on the day of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Monthly Cancellation Policy

All nights reserved are to be paid in full prior to your arrival. A $1,000 deposit per month will be required.

Cancelling 30 days or more prior to your arrival will result in a $500 charge.
Cancelling less than 30 days prior to your arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Cancelling on the day of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Holiday/ Special Event Rates and Cancellation Policy

All Holiday and Special Event reservations have a 3 night minimum and are to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. A 50% deposit will be required. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
RV sites and Cabins cancelled at any time over a Holiday/ Special Event results in the deposit being forfeited.
