Campground, scenary....excellent. things to do close by in Cripple Creek or Victor. Cell Phone service is spotty at best.....and same with internet guest account. Several times, I could not even see the guest account in my wi-fi options list, but my wife's phone and tv could. Not sure if they are throttling usage by MAC address, but that's how it seemed.

    August 21 - August 22

The 39th annual Salute to American Veterans Rally embodies the values of DUTY, HONOR, CAMARADERIE, RESPECT and FREEDOM. Part of this event includes the largest procession of motorcycles in Colorado, known as the POW/MIA Recognition Ride. The Rally passes right by the campground! Each year, the Ride attracts more than 1500 motorcyclists from across the nation, and each and every bike proceeds from Woodland Park to Cripple Creek along the recently dedicated POW/MIA Memorial Highway. The Ride has maintained its integrity and longevity, proving that it is a solid proposition worthy of the support of all of Colorado’s motorcyclists. Events begin Friday morning and the Recognition Ride is held Saturday morning.
