Your campgrounds and staff are great. I loved the American Flags on the posts. Our site was a Handicap Site. It was paved and clean. There was a barn dance across the street that night and we could hear nothing. Plus, around 9 pm the campgrounds got so guiet. Quite time is 11 pm but your guest are the greatest. I had an issue with removing our black tank hose. I went to the entry house and asked for help. There was a wonderful and kind man that came to help and took care of it. Thank you again for keeping a family friendly park.

The campsite was not flat for a tent. People were honking their horns alot. There were loud bangs at night. Mini golf needs maintenance. Nobody answered the phones, and was rarely at the booth when you come in. It was raining the while time.

Everything was great again. The only suggestion is you need to increase the shower time from 30 seconds to 2 minutes before it turns off. You cannot get your body/hair wet to wash up in 30 seconds without having to repeated (4 times) repress the button to turn it back on. For special needs persons this is very difficult to continuously do. So we need to think of them also. You are trying to save water and heating costs but in reality, by having to do it over and over you are actually wasteing more water and increasing costs.

We were very disappointed right from the start. Upon arriving at the check in the woman checking us in was on a personal call on her cell phone and made us wait 10 minutes while she chitchatted. After getting all set up on our campsite she and her two helpers came and said we were set up incorrectly and had to tear down and reset our camper. They were very rude and unpleasant. They said the rules were strictly followed yet young children were running around unsupervised by parents and the golf carts were not maintaining the 5 mph speed limit. So it appears they only enforce the rules they want to. The staff also did not maintain a 5 mph seed limit as they flew around in their side by side. Overall it was a terrible experience and will never camp here again!

Our family had 8 campsites rented. We were all eating lunch together 40 people and I got a phone call saying that it was unacceptable to have the many people on 2 sites that I needed to either rent a pavilion or tell people to leave. Needless to say we all stayed for lunch. A few weeks prior a county commissioner had 38 ppl one 1 site for his birthday and not one word was ever said to him. Isn’t it strange how that works. We have been coming here for 20 plus years and absolutely love the park.
