The property is pretty and its nice to have full hook ups but the roads are terrible, several deep pot holes. Our lot was so uneven that we had to go purchase concrete blocks to level the camper. We are avid campers and have camped all over the southeast but this was the most uneven spot we have ever camped in. The email they send has about 75 rules to read through and a whole other page or 2 of other things, its kind of ridiculous just to camp for a weekend. We dont even have to read through that many rules for federal camp grounds. Also, the email mentioned a "front desk" but we did not see any office to check in or out so that was pretty confusing. This place has potential but not a place we would strive to camp at.
