You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This is a unique, hand-crafted, Swedish style log cabin by the water front. The Castle comes equipped with all new appliances and amenities and materials of a complete home (too many to list). During the summer season there is also a 1-hour complimentary personal watercraft time/person/day (play at your own risk). Let us not allowed in this unit. The bathroom is upstairs and not an ADA bathroom. This house is equipped w radiant heat complementary w baseboard heat. So please leave the thermostat on the log wall unchanged and only adjust the complementary baseboard heat level at the baseboard. Thank you for your cooperation. Although this unit is equipped w a new, small 2-in-1 ventless washer/dryer, you may find it more complicated to use. Please read the instruction on the shelf. And if you need a full size washer/dryer please use the coin-operated laundromat at the back of the Lady’s room of the bathhouse in the park. Please ask the manager for the key code to the laundromat.

Lodging

This is a newly updated contemporary style 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home. bright and big windows for bedrooms and living room. Complete with everything as a home for your vacation living. Living room and the front bedroom are within 50 ft away from beach and water. No pet allowed in this unit. The laundry room is shared w the upstairs guest(s) and it is at the right side of the side main entrance. Please notify the upstairs guest if there is any completed laundry in the washer/dryer. And please lock the laundry door when you come out. The upstairs unit allows pet. 2 entrance doors. The main one is from the side of the house (around the Yew tree). Another entrance is to access from around the log home through the beach area. This provides the convenient access to the beach/water/lawn area. Huge additional benefit for this unit is there is a premium tent site (V-6) RESERVED just for you right in front of the house when you need additional outdoor adventure. (Water and Power at the site too!) No parking at the tent site. Limited to 1-2 regular-sized tents or 1 medium-sized tent. Quiet, seclusive area w beach for fishing, kayaking, canoeing or just staring at the water doing nothing. A great escape when you rent the Penthouse unit.

Lodging

This is part of an RV & Camping resort. 1 bedroom and 1 Futon bed (living room), 1 bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher. In-unit washer/dryer is also included as a convenience for the longer stay. With an impeccable water view, private dock (winter not available) and lots of trees, and a park, you will have some of the best memories in your life. During the Sprint through Fall season the guests will receive complementary Paddle Board, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Kayak rental (1 hours/day during the stay period). Guest assume risk of using any recreational watercraft. The house is adjacent to a wedding venue so it can be rented in conjunction to a venue package for any events (party, family reunion, memorial service, corporate retreat, etc.). The house is away from the RV park side of the operation. Although pet is allowed in this unit. The Lower unit does not allow pet so please restrain your pet from making loud noise. Thank you for your cooperation. The laundry room is shared w the downstairs guest(s) and it is at the back of the kitchen. This is probably the most sought-after site of the park. Guests like to stay at this site with an extended period. Situating a few feet above the Park and looking into the water at a slightly higher altitude provides a different perspective. Almost by its own next to a couple of big trees provides shades and relaxation.

This is a large back-in RV site. Site #5+5A has a bonus 50/30/20amp/water hookup for a EV, Van, truck-mounter camper, or extra tent on the grassy area.

These are full hookup premium waterfront sites. Site #20 - #21B are secondary sites (but still has great lake view and is about 30-40' away from the waterfront). Other sites in this group are frontage sites. You are 5-40' away from water in an exclusive, private area of the park.

These 4 waterfront premium sites are on the Diamond Wedding Venue. With well-maintained lawn, willow trees, beach and unobstructive water view. It is the best to have a larger group of up to 4 RVs together, or a party, or family reunion or whatever event you can imagine. with 11,000 square feet or green grass of its own, and under the willow trees and private beach, it is the paradise of RV camping. To reduce the impact to the lawn, ALL TOWING TRUCKS NEED TO PARK AT THE DESIGNATED PARKING STRIP, EXCEPT FOR TOWING IN AND OUT OF THE VENUE AREA. And ONLY back-in or direct drive-in allowed, NO TURNING INSIDE THE VENUE AS THE LAWN IS WATERED TWICE A DAY (early in the morning and about noon). WE need to maintain the lawn SO the Venue WILL BE WATERED A FEW TIMES (about 10 minutes/zone) DURING THE DAY and your unit will be SPRAYED BY THE WELL WATER FROM THE SPRINKLERS. You have the best view and best lawn of any RV site. The outdoor faucet on the front of the bathhouse is for no-soap fresh water rinse (no hot water) only. Coin-operated shower available inside the bathhouse. The coin-operated Laundromat is on the back partition of the Lady's room for your convenience. Thank you for protecting the grass. Enjoy it.

This is almost the most stayed site of the park. It is also the easiest site to park, either drive in (Water/power on the passenger side) or back in (water/power on the driver side). When you drive in the water/power hookup is on the passenger side. You are right next to the water and at the edge of the Park, the best of both worlds. This site can accommodate big rig, too. The outdoor faucet on the front of the bathhouse is for no-soap fresh water rinse (no hot water) only. Coin-operated shower available inside the bathhouse. The coin-operated Laundromat is on the back partition of the Lady's room for your convenience.

Full hookup sites. There are 3 sites in the group. Hill side, Some shade. Overlooking the lake and the Park. a 5-10% grade up to the site. Back-in or drive through. Site #14 is right in front of the small white metal Water pump shed. You have 3 positions to park your unit. Site #15 and #15 A are big, wide sites beyong Site #14. They have awesome lake and park view. All sites have services on the passenger side facing the lake/park. If backing up (Motor home can drive up w hookup on the passenger side) 5-10% is not an issue they are probably the best sites. We call these 3 sites the Ruby Town sites (by themselves, shaded, quiet with great lake and park view). The outdoor faucet on the front of the bathhouse is for no-soap fresh water rinse (no hot water) only. Coin-operated shower available inside the bathhouse.

A RV, trailer, 5th wheeler, tent, a Van, or a Pickup. It comes with a 50/30/20amp GFI electricity and water hookup. A shaded site w/ the park and lake view. #11 close to the county road with mild noise. Site #10 South & North is a pull-through, continuous green grass area where group tent (up to 6 small tents) or 2 RV/Trailers can park in a group. Site #10 S & N has the power next to it but the water hookup is next to the Lady's room base potable water faucet. Please stay away from the electricity transformer base next to the Lady's room. The outdoor faucet on the front of the bathhouse is for no-soap fresh water rinse (no hot water) only. Coin-operated shower available inside the bathhouse.

There are 4 sites that are close to each other but separated by trees or pathway. The units look into the Park and the lake, but at a slightly different height and angle. A little away from the park, #12 is a large site close to the county road w mild traffic noise. Shaded, too. #13 is by itself about 7' above the park level overlooking the lake and the park. #13A is across from #13 and one of few pull-through site. #14A is 4' above right behind #13A. The outdoor faucet on the front of the bathhouse is for no-soap fresh water rinse (no hot water) only. Coin-operated shower available inside the bathhouse. The coin-operated Laundromat is on the back partition of the Lady's room for your convenience.

Tent

These are 2 lake-front premium tent sites together. No parking at the site, loading/unloading only. Limited to 2 regular-sized tents or 1 medium-sized tent. Quiet, seclusive area w beach for fishing, kayaking, canoeing or just staring at the water doing nothing. A great escape. Stay cannot exceed more than 5 consecutive days within one month. Pricing includes 2 tents. Each additional tent is $10 each per night.

Tent

No pet at the dry tent sites because they are within the Park and beach area. Stay cannot exceed more than 5 consecutive days within one month. Pricing includes 2 small tents max. Both sites are by the water. No pet in the Park nor docks. Site #29 is inside the Park so no Vehicle nor PET at site #29. Both #27 and #29 are water-front sites. Please be aware of watery lake smell sometimes when the air is stagnated. Breeze is constant as a lake front side. But sometimes during the hot summer dates certain time of the day may be stagnant. The outdoor faucet on the front of the bathhouse is for no-soap fresh water rinse (no hot water) only. Paid shower available inside the bathhouse.
