Refund Policy

If you are in compliance with our cancellation policy and have a refund due, the refund will be placed back onto the card you used to book your reservation with.

We retain $40.00 as the cancellation fee if you have cancelled 72 hr prior to arrival. Within the 72 hr window, there is no refund.

You must call to cancel and we can answer refund questions at that time.
