TERMS & CONDITIONS:

I have read & agree to Park Terms & Conditions. I shall cause my CHILDREN, GUESTS, and INVITEES to abide by the park rules and guidelines, which can be found online.  They are also listed in the campground brochure that will be given to me upon arrival.

CANCELLATION RULES:

  1. You may change your reservation dates to different dates within the current calendar year, to avoid any payments being forfeited.

  2.  Should you need to COMPLETELY CANCEL, it must be done over the phone. We don't accept email cancellations, nor voicemail cancellations.

  3. RV Resort Four Seasons REQUIRES 72 hrs (3 days) prior to your arrival date to be considered for any amount of refund. Within the 72 hr window, there is no refund.

  4. CANCELLATION FEE-  we retain $40.00 as the cancellation fee ( if criteria was met) . 

**Please understand that RV Resort Four Seasons DOESN'T GIVE last minute credits or refunds due to:

  • NATURE/ WEATHER related issues.

  • VEHICLE/ RV MECHANICAL BREAK DOWN.

  • SCHEDULE CHANGE

  • ILLNESS, PANDEMICS, HEALTH RELATED issues,  nor DEATH of family or friend.

  • ELIMINATION FROM SPORTS EVENT or EVENT BEING CANCELLED

 

PETS:

**The following CERTAIN BREEDS of dogs are disallowed by our insurance provider:

Akita, Alaska Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordhshire Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernard's. 

Guests will not be allowed to remain on premises if they arrive with any of these breed / breed mix, and will forfeit reservation fees. No exceptions! This is determined by insurance policy- not by staff.

PARKING:

Each campsite accomodates ONLY ONE RV and ONE VEHICLE.  Please call in advance to make arrangements for additional vehicles. Fees may apply.

 

ORGANIZED-RV-GROUP RESERVATIONS, and MULTI-SITE RESERVATIONS

RV GROUP reservations should be booked over the phone with office staff, to ensure all details & questions have been covered.     Please call the office for details.

MULTI-SITE reservations may be booked online, but you will need to provide individualized information for eash site. 

Each campsite requires the "individualized guest information" for both Group bookings and Multi-site reservations. No exceptions!  If not provided at time of reservation, this will be required at the time of check-in. No one can check-in for another guest.

The Campground does not offer site-lock. I understand the park staff will do their best to place my RV in a proper site to accomodate my RV Type and Length.  NO SITE IS GUARANTEED .

** ( EXTRA LONG MOTORHOMES requiring extra space (especially if towing) should call our office to book our premium extra long space. ) Our basic motorhome site is only 50 ft long.
