MONETARY POLICIES

  • Check-In Time: After 2:00 PM.  An early check-in may be available for an additional fee.
  • Check-Out Time: Before 12:00 noon for all sites. A late check-out may be available for an additional fee. All outstanding balances to be paid at Check-Out.
  • All reservations less than 30 days will be required to pay in full and charged a daily rate of $45 upfront for short term bookings.
  • Monthly $700 and $50 plus if you have more than 2 AC's. Unless there is a special promotion available
  • Wifi is complimentary. You are welcomed to provide your own.  
  • Monthly rate guest will be required to pay a $100 deposit at booking. This will be refunded on the next months bill after booking your 30 plus day stay.  
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled within 24 hours of original booking prior to 48 hours of arrival date will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Reservations canceled after 24 hours of original booking prior to 48 hours of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the original reservation total.
    • Reservations canceled after 24 hours of the original booking within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the original reservation total.
    • Please contact a RVers Way reservation specialist at 504-233-2254 during normal business hours to process your cancellation request.
  • No-Show Policy: Any guest that has not arrived within 24 hours on the first day of their reservation and has not contacted the Park staff will be considered a canceled reservation and will forfeit their entire $100 deposit.
  • Refund Policy: There are no refunds after check-in. Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund issued prior to arrival will be processed by the same method that the reservation was originally paid for. We will move your dates but to be used with in the current calendar year.
  • Monthly Rates: To benefit from monthly rates, a minimum stay of 30 days is required. If a guest departs prior to 30 days, your stay will be adjusted to a weekly/daily rate as applicable. Daily rates are $45 
  • Long term tenants must pay on time at the 1st of every month when your monthly rate begins on the 30 day stay minimums. If you book mid-month you will be required to be prorated for those days so that you can begin at the 1st of every month. Only managers discretion will allow to pay at mid-month 30 day intervals. If you fail to pay on time you will be given a 3 day grace period, if rent is not recieved by the 4th day a $50 late fee will be assessed plus $10 per day each additional day with max of 10 days. You may be given 1 opportunity to make a partial payment as a courtsey under manangers discretion and must be paid in full by managers coursey date given by management. If you have had multiple late payments you may be asked to submit an additional $100 deposit. 
  • Non-payment: If rent remains unpaid past 10 days a formal notice will be issued. If not cured within 5 days of notice, this agreement may be terminated, utilities will be shut off and legal action may follow. 

PARK RULES

  • Quiet Time and Curfew: The Park's quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM daily (no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, etc.). The use of generators is prohibited. Children under 16 years of age may not leave their campsite after 10:00 PM unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Occupancy: The maximum number of registered guests including visitors allowed per site is 5 with prior approval from management.
  • Daily Visitors: Visitors are required to register with the office upon arrival and visitors utilizing the Resort amenities will be charged a daily fee.
  • Speed Limit: The posted speed limit is 5 mph on all Resort roads and all posted traffic signs must be obeyed.
  • Motorized Transportation: Electric golf carts only. Can not use them during quit time 10pm to 7am.
  • Site Appearance: Traditional outdoor furniture is allowed to be neatly located on your your RV pad. Free-standing shade structures such as screen rooms, canopies, tarps, decks, steps, fences or tents are not permitted. No outside storage is permitted. Please check with management for potential alternatives for screening approved items guests might desire to locate outside their RVs. This rule will be strictly enforced to ensure the beautiful appearance of the resort is maintained.
  • Trash: All trash to be bagged and placed inside the PARK TRASH CANS. 
  • Pets: We welcome dogs at Rvers Way and have one dog park coming soon. If you want pet fencing at your site, it should be metal fencing specifically for pets (no plastic landscape fencing.) Fencing color must be black. Pet fencing requires management approval to ensure it's in good condition and in compliance with resort aesthetics. 

If not contained within fencing, pets should be on a leash while outside your RV. Pet kennels and dog lines are not permitted. Please do not leave pets unattended. The Resort reserves the right to reject admittance of any pet due to safety concerns. No more than two pets allowed. As usual, please pick up after your pets. If your pet harms someone on the RV Park grounds you will be solely responsbile.  All tenants and guest hold RVers Way harmless from any liability or responsibily of harm associated with any unattended pet or animal whether it be domisticated, feral, and/or wild. 

  • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the common areas of the Resort.
  • RV Restrictions: All RVs must be currently registered and maintained in good condition. Sorry, no tents, pop-ups, A-Frames, truck campers, converted school buses and/or converted trailers.  All RVs are subject to external inspection before entering the Resort. RVs that are 10-years or older must be approved by Resort Management before making the reservation.
  • Watercraft, Cargo, and Utility Trailers: Cargo trailers or watercraft are not permitted at camping sites.  Storage is available nearby for an additional fee. Please inquire with guest services.

Vehicles: Parking only on the gravel pad not on-site pad. More than one vehicle must be approved.

  • Packages/mail: Packages will not be accepted on site. Please refer to your local USPS for P.O. Box or favorite delivery service for shipment and mail. RVers Way will not hold or forward any mail after departure of guest. Resort assumes no liability for package delivery.   • Accidents/Incidents: All accidents or problem incidents must be reported to the RVers Way guest services.
  • Children: We welcome children in our Resort. Children under the age of 14 must be always chaperoned by an adult.

 

RV SITE SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Monetary Policies and Park Rules set forth above, coupled with the information below and your online reservation, set forth the terms and conditions of the RV Site Service Agreement between the Park and you as our guest. As a guest at the PARK, you acknowledge your understanding of your monetary obligations and your obligation to abide by the rules set forth above.

 

The Parks right to terminate the RV Site Service Agreement: Please be advised that the Park Rules set forth above are established to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the Park for all our guests. In general, the Park will not tolerate intentional or repetitive Park Rule Violations or any onerous, noxious, or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt or adversely affect the quiet enjoyment of other parties utilizing our PARK or Neighbors. In the event of such breach or activities mentioned above, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to immediately vacate the Resort under Louisiana Statute Code RS 14:63 -Criminal trespass law, without a refund.

 

Indemnity and waiver of Liability: Guests shall indemnify and hold PARK owner and management harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or guest actions or inactions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents or invitees) or any other party related to guest’s use or occupation of the RV site and PARK common areas, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Resort’s owners or managers.

 

 

 PARK RULES

 

  1. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
  2. Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
  3. Dogs must remain on leash when entering or leaving your designated site.
  4. Do not leave dog unattended. Owners/handlers must remain in the park with leash readily available.
  5. Owners are always legally responsible for the behavior of their dog.
  6. Owners/handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by dogs under their control.
  7. Do not allow dogs to dig. Owners/handlers are responsible for refilling any holes created by digging.
  8. Owners/handlers must clean up and dispose of their dog’s waste in receptacles provided.
  9. RVers Way resort is not responsible for injuries to you or your dog while in the park.

 

 

Cameras will be place throughout the site

Overhead pathway lights will be placed throughout the site

Noise aware monitors will be placed (this will alert us if noise happens above a certain level)
