Overnight Rules & Regulations

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are committed to providing you with a safe and enjoyable experience at Sacramento Shade RV Park.

1. Check-in time is 2:00pm check out time is 11:00am.  The park is a gated property. The gate hours are dawn to dusk. All RV's must arrive before close at DUSK. There is no after hours check in to the park . NO EXCEPTIONS. Please notify the office if you wish to stay later. If space is available, late check-out will be subject to additional fees. Please ensure that your visitors check in at the office. You will be issued an all access card for all facilities and gates  for your stay. You must return the card to the office upon check-out. Failure to return the card to the office will result in a 25.00 charge to your reservation.

 

2. All vehicles checked into the park must be registered at the office and parked on your site or designated area. Park RVs on gravel side only. Please DO NOT park RVs or cars on concrete pads. Parallel park autos passenger side towards your space. All vehicles require a parking pass/permit. Unauthorized parking will result  in the vehicle being towed away at owner's expense.

3. Please DO NOT park on or in front of vacant sites. Sites designated with a cone are not availabl as these are reserved sites.

4. Quiet time is from 10 pm until 7 am. All outdoor radios and televisions should be turned off during this time. No generators at any time.

5. For the safety of all our guests, we ask that you drive slowly and with caution while staying with us. The speed limit is 5 MPH.

6. Sacramento Shade RV Park is not liable for any loss of personal items. Please properly store and secure all possessions at all times. No hanging or drying of personal undergarments and/or regular clothes. Drying of swimsuits/towels is permitted. 

7. Fireworks are prohibited. BBQs are permitted. Please be careful when cooking outdoors. No tents or easy ups of any kind are permitted.

8. Please refrain from servicing your vehicles while staying with us. No car or RV washing is allowed.

9. Dogs must be on a leash of a maximum length of 6 feet at all times and never left unattended. Any pet left unattended or found off a leash may be picked up by local Animal Control. Leashes may not be attached to electrical pedestals or park trees. Loud or nuisance pets are not tolerated. Disturbances may result in the registered guest being asked to leave the park without a refund. Please observe pet signage.

NO AGGRESSIVE DOG BREEDS ALLOWED! (Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherds, Bulldogs, etc..) If you bring a dog that is an aggressive breed or is acting in an aggressive manner you will be asked to leave without a refund.

10. Wastewater (gray and black) must be contained, and your waste discharge fittings must be securely connected and airtight at all times.

11. We recommend that all guests use proper utility connections, including surge protection, anti-siphon and/or water pressure regulators.

12. DO NOT go to Manager's or Weekend Staff sites during non-office hours unless there is a life-threatening emergency. (Park staff do not work 24 hours.)

13. The park offers shower and laundry facilities. No clotheslines or hanging of clothes on the park fences. Building hours: 24-Hour Card Access

14. NO skateboarding, inline skating, or baseball throwing in the park. No drones are allowed. No scooters of any kind.

15. Firearms, including those with plastic or metal bullets or BBs, are not permitted.

16.No EV Charging is allowed in the park. 

 

Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations
Pool open April 1st - October 1st

  • The pool is to be used only between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm.

  • The pool is reserved exclusively for the use of guests/residents of the park ONLY. Outside guests may use the pool only with the express prior permission from management.

  • A maximum of 4 guests per space is allowed with prior management approval.

  • ALL Children shall not use the pool without an adult in attendance.

  • Residents and guests will place their towels over pool furniture when using suntan oil or other lotions.

  • Any person known to be suspected of being afflicted with an infectious disease, suffering from a cough, cold or sores or wearing bands or bandages shall be excluded from using all pool facilities, unless such person submits a written statement signed by a licensed physician confirming that the person does not present a health hazard to other pool users, or permission is given by the management.

  • Safety equipment is not to be used, except in cases of emergency.

  • Food is not allowed in the pool area. There is a picnic area next to the pool for your use.

  • Alcoholic beverages shall not be served or consumed in or around the pool area at any time. No person under the influence of alcoholic beverages is permitted in or near the pool.

  • Running or jumping, "horseplay” fighting, boisterous or dangerous conduct, and/or any noisy behavior disturbing to the other tenants is forbidden in or around the pool area.

  • Radios are permitted at the pool. Residents are required to lower the volume for their enjoyment only.

  • Residents are required to be properly attired going to and from and in or around the pool area.

  • Showering is required prior to using the pool.

  • Inner tubes, rafts, or any other toy that consumes an area of water are not permitted. A noodle or small beach ball is permitted.

  • NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY. Persons using pool facilities do so at their own risk. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury. Management is not responsible for articles lost, damaged or stolen. NOTE: This does not waive the owner's duty of care to prevent personal injury or property damage where that duty is imposed by law.

Payment Policy:  A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check-in is considered to be 12:30 PM of the scheduled arrival date.

Notice to Guests: Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.22,799.55 through799.59 et seq. and 1866, a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without a judicial hearing, if the occupant who has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either;(1) failed to pay for his /her occupancy in the park. (2) failed to comply with the park's rules and regulations, or (3) failed to vacate on a specific date. I have received a copy of the recreational rules and regulations.

Change Policy:  No service charges are applied for changes to this reservation. 

Photographic Release. On behalf of yourself and each of your Guests, you consent and authorize us to photograph, video tape or otherwise record you and your Guests and you grant us and our affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken, including your and your Guests’ names, likenesses and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by you or your Guests, and all other aspects of your and their personality, and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting, and advertising the Park and the Park’s attractions in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, for any purpose, without compensation.
