Refund Policy

Reservations canceled up to 14 days before the originally-scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less the reservation fee to the credit card that was used for the reservation (Holiday weekends are non-refundable)

Refunds will NOT be given for any of the following reasons including weather (rain, wind, snow, temperature), water quality (beach closures, non-potable water), air quality, wildlife, insects/pest, fire bans, liquor bans, leaving early or where notice is not provided, evictions.
