Sand Island never disappoints! Staff is awesome, and service is great. They are busy so you may have to wait a little bit for shuttle/boat service - but they get things done as fast as they can! I highly recommend sand island for your next camping trip.

The sites are all so beautiful and amazing. Our stay was peaceful and we had a great time. The only thing I would change is check out the next day. When we arrive they haul all your gear to your site for you by a cart and trailor but no one is available to do this in the morning until 10 and check out is by 11 so there isn’t enough time to help every guest checking out. I would just suggest an earlier crew to help get everyone to the dock for checkout. But everything else was amazing.
