Level gravel spots, well maintained, new bathroom/shower house nice and clean. Nice/new play areas and easy paved paths. Interesting, scaled solar system along path ; ). Great location for access to Atlantic. A couple of downsides: no shade, can't see the lake (looks like a converted gravel pit with a berm).
